Me too, now it sounds like music from every sigle one horse game...
This made me cry! I miss seeing everyone happy back then, the game was exciting, graphics were beautiful and crusty, quests were good.
The only things that we still have from the old version of our lovely game are... the Gen 1 models...and our last old area which is Dino Valley.
Our lovely Gen 1 models brought us together in harmony, filled with love and life🖤💙

I joined back in the day of 2011. Man this game changed alot and seeing the old trailers again gives me a little tear. Back in the day it felt so magical and so good playing the game. i remember we only had our starter and those days are long over now
That's not possible because sso released worldwide in 2012..

i miss how complete and consistent the game felt, when it first came out everything just fit so well together and now its just a huge graphic mess
At least they are trying to fix that by finishing the area graphic updates.

I recently did a mission to get the white zony. And seeing 2023 Ydris speaking to 2010 Mario was hilarious.
Omg that music :'( I was 11 when i started to play SSO. I was here all day on saturday and sunday, I was so excited after school. Now I'm 23.. Time flies .... so sad
PS. I dont play SSO since 2016. When i was 16 y.o
i learned how the whole map looks like with the old graphics. ever since the huge update, when i try to think of the revamped areas it’s just blurry
objectively speaking, the game looks better today. But damn, all the nostalgia really makes me miss the old map. I started playing right after it came out online, and the old style was so whymsical. It kind of fit the game and the "vibe" of it, now it just reminds me of a fortnite-horse reboot. Maybe im just so gnarly because this game was kind of my childhood, and I can no longer revisit it like I did for a while every now and then like I used to but damn, I miss the old graphics alot.

I've been playing since late 2013 but got Lifetime Starrider at the beginning of 2014❤
I love both old and new SSO, very excited for the coming updates and what else the future has in store for Jorvik💚
It's amazing how different everything looks once you go back to old footage. Some things changed gradually enough that I didn't even notice how different they were till looking at something like this.
I started playing in 2013, but I was extremely shy and anxious around people even online, and didn't play long. I came back in 2014 before ferdinand's horse market was released, so it had to be the first few months of the year. I didn't have money back then, so I did what I could, used free star rider whenever they gave it out, and was finally able to play the game thoroughly when I got a job in 2016.
i wish we were back in 2010. I wish i can play Star Stable again at the beginning 😢
I joined sso at 2020 and it should be my 4th year anniversary in the game this year but my laptop broke last year 🤣🤣🤣 but hopefully this year I'll be able to play sso again when I have a new pc
I don't remember it that well but I think I joined sso in 2013 or something. Funny how I was 7 years old back then :0... Although I do think I became lifetime starrider in 2015/2016. But this is so nostalgic :') I remember going to fort pinta and having my character dance at the disco while I was eating dinner. Or when there was snow all over Jorvik in the winter. Aaah the good old days :')

tbh ever since mistfall the game starrted to go down imo
The new map feels like it lacks detail 😅 sure the graphics are more clear, but it feels like im more on roblox than I am in a beautiful world.. the rocks are now all blurred when before they had textures.. it looks kinda tacky.
I recently rejoined the new game, as its been 11 years since I was last on. And while I do like the new horses and clarity of new models. I wish there was more freedom with the body and facial customization. But its always been like that, so I dont mind.

You know I understand updates and other stuff but why updates something good ? Like I know for someone this old graphics was ugly but in my opinion that could be just sso original art style and I'm not saying that because of nostalgia but it's true
I think that people would not miss old sso and would not be saying that the old graphic was better if they wouldnt have memories with it. I get you guys, i miss old sso sometimes too but saying that the old graphics was better is not true. If you would join sso today, you wouldnt be saying these things at all. So please, dont make this community so toxic for everyone and new players just because you feeling nostalgic. But if i should talk about this video and not the comments, i really like it Minatozy. Its such a well made and iam glad that someone made it like this :)
Well in my opinion, I joined in 2017 and I barely experienced the old graphics. But I agree with everyone else, the old graphics were better since they were more realistic. And they use warmer colors, which is nice and not eye blinding. And my friend who just joined in 2021, agrees and she wishes that she experienced SSO with the old graphics. So, yes I understand that ppl want old SSO because of memories and their childhood, but SSO did ruin the graphics and many other things too. But I understand your opinion and some people probably agree with you. (You’ll probably not see this because you wrote that comment a year ago but whatever lolz)

more like a de-evolution, the game looks terrible nowadays
It might have looked crustier, but at least it was all the same and not half fortnite modern half crusty. Too many styles now. I joined in 2013.

I joined star stable online December 2017. It was my Christmas present and I was so excited to finally be able to play. Now I miss that time and the feeling the game gave me. 🫶🏼💕
The old sso was not just a horse game it was my life and I want to cry bc the new sso is so horrible…..
