First guy said that he had a good physique - or something to that effect, and looks as though he’s never lifted weight in his life. One thing I’ve learned is that you REALLY have to put things in motion. Let’s take the gym for example, you’re not going to get jacked doing push-ups (if that’s your goal). You gotta be lifting HEAVY and eating BIG to see a difference. Track your calories and your macros, if you’re gaining too much fat then dial your calories down by a couple hundred a day then recalibrate. And think long-term. 6 months, a year, and so on.
For real. I thought I was doing bad, but got dang. They aren't know where near my level. I guess what Fit says about how masculinity work. You aren't happy what you have or accomplished so you want to do more or better. Also I agree on the push ups comment. Push ups just tones the body. Can't sculp the body with layers of fat. Won't do much for a skinny guy either. Interesting fact also. Herschel Walker did more than push ups to get jacked. I know he's known for that infamous story. He did resistance exercises also.

When you tear down muscle fibers from lifting, you have to supply it with protein damn near immediately (some say the window is longer) to repair and build up the fibers. Any excess protein you don't use will get stored most likely as fat. But, your body can't break down fat to make protein. So, Fit's advice on getting your body scanned to find out what it actually needs is vital to building the physique you actually want.

He’s about everything science in the world of bodybuilding and states research to show his claims. They found that 0.7g of protein per pound of body weight is as adequate as 1g of protein per pound of body weight. So I personally believe that people may be consuming far too much protein. I also noticed this in my own personal training.
