I have a similar efile drill and love the convenience of it. I have a corded one also, but seem to always reach for the battery operated one. Thanks for your review.

11,000 RPMs is way too slow to be debulking or removing product like that. The way to properly use an e-file, you have to make sure you're using the right speeds. It's nothing to do with "comfort level". If you are using cuticle bits or working on the natural nail, you usually don't want to go above 10,000 RPMs, but if you are using a carbide or ceramic bit and you are debulking or trying to remove acrylic or gel product like you're doing here, you should be at at least 16, but ideally 20 to 25 RPMs would be most advisable. If you use it on that slow speed, it's going to slow you down, it's going to get too hot and possibly give pain or damage to your client, because you're having to spend so much more time debulking at that slow speed, It's going to risk damage to yourself or your client. You are supposed to debulk and use those bits at high speeds, that is how they are effective and that is how they are designed to be used. It has nothing to do with comfort level.
You are sweet and I know you are just a person who only does nails on yourself and not a licensed nail tech, but I strongly advise you to be careful and be more properly informed, before giving out advice on how to use an efile, or any nail products actually, because people can hurt themselves and use these products the wrong way. They can be dangerous and harmful when used in correctly. Just some thoughts from a licensed nail tech of 25 years. take care

@@Gen_X_Jenn77 I’m actually amused, as I typically am when I get a condescending comment from someone with a license. In your 25 years you’ve never heard of torque. It actually varies in each drill. So to prevent damage to yourself or your client you should start off at a safe speed and make adjustments. I was comfortable at an 11, so that’s where I stayed. Please inform yourself before telling someone else they are wrong. Besides you can find multiple videos on this platform of gel polish removal at a speed under 20 as you suggested. Now you enjoy the rest of your evening. 😃

@Jenn_Ai Sora I went to your page, and in one of your videos you said you learned how to use a drill by watching RUclips videos, and that you trained yourself. Then why bring up that you have been licensed for 25 years when your license literally has nothing to do with what you know about a drill. In the current editions of the book used in schools it talks a lot about drills. Maybe I can send you the chapter so you can educate yourself ma’am.
