      Forgot to mention Auspicious day Diwali

    • @paressh
      @paressh 2 года назад +2

      Diwali literally means a row of Lights. It is a time filled with light and love; a time when Indians all over the world rejoice. It is the darkest night of the darkest period, yet it is a celebration of light! Diwali is heralded as the triumph of good over evil.
      The meaning of Diwali, its symbols and rituals, and the reasons for celebration are innumerable. Diwali celebrates Lord Rama’s glorious and long awaited return to his kingdom of Ayodhya after his fourteen years of exile in the forests.

    • @paressh
      @paressh 2 года назад +1

      Diwali is not a festival of lights in order that we may burn candles, fireworks and sparklers. Sure, these are wonderful ways of expressing our gaiety. But, it is not the only or true meaning of ‘light’. Diwali is a festival of the light which dispels the darkness of our ignorance; it is a festival of the light which shows us the way on our journey through life. The purpose is not to glorify the light of the candle or the firecracker. The purpose is to glorify the light of God. It is He who bestows the real light, the everlasting light upon the darkness of this mundane world. A candle burns out. Afirework is a momentary visual experience. But, the candle of a still mind and the fireworks of a heartfilled with bhakti are divine and eternal; these are what we should be celebrating.

    Those questioning the no-ball decision must also question Akshar Patel's run-out decision. They must also question why Rizwan's ball collection in front of the stumps rather than behind was not noticed when he stumped DK out. Will these umpiring misses be conveniently overlooked by Pakistani fans crying fixing and cheating?

    • @catchmeifyoucan1807
      @catchmeifyoucan1807 2 года назад +14

      For Axar's runout, the ball and his gloves hit the stumps simultaneously, hence too difficult to differentiate. In DK"s case the ball hit the batsman hence the wk can collect the ball from anywhere. If DK had missed the ball, then what Rizwan did would have been illegal

    Surprised why no analyst is talking about it but the real turning point of match came much earlier when Rohit gave the ball to shami to have a go at iftikhar who was striking consistent boundaries. Everyone thought it would be Ashwin or bhuvi but giving the ball to shami was a great tactical move... Iftikhar could have scored 20-30 more runs if he hadn't got out... And then even hardik nor Kohli would have been able to chase down 180-190. Rohit's tactics and awareness make up for the days when he doesn't perform.

    • @VickyCruz
      @VickyCruz 2 года назад +14

      Look Rohit is not the problem even if he doesn’t perform it’s ok.. but Rahul on the other hand.. being VC and all, good for nothing in main knockout and high pressure games and easily scoring centuries against Bangladesh and Zimbabwean and he calls himself great! I never seen Rahul perform in crunch matches at crunch situations.. people need to wake up and see this .. our middle order competency shadows our top order failures.

    Might be the best match in t20 cricket history! Maybe that 2007 final comes close! But from Pakistan's perspective they lost the match because of lack of game intelligence! This is why you need seniors along with young players in your team! And India got that perfect balance and this is why they are favorite to go the full distance.

      Ah, yes, pinch hitters. The use of the term in cricket was first used by Ian Chappell. No surprise there given Ian was a great baseball player and a State representative. However the old baseball term is misused in cricket as a pinch hitter is one who was not originallly in the starting lineup. Consequently in cricket they should be called a "promoted" hitter.

    India is surviving on the middle order only. Their opening pair, especially KL Rahul cannot bat for more than 2 overs against good bowling attack. And because of this their ability to dominate in the power-play is lost. They are on the defensive in the first 3-5 overs. This is the story of every batting innings of india. KL Rahul needs to be replaced with someone like Hooda or Samson.
