- I recorded this off the TV in 2006 when the Edinburgh Fesitval was on but i've only just found it again.
Alan Rickman discusses the play 'My Name Is Rachel Corrie' and Snow Cake both of which where shown at the festival.
It takes a minute for the picture to start but does eventually. Развлечения
Rest in peace Alan Rickman. Rest in peace Rachel Corrie. You both will always be in our hearts
"Every word of it is hers." He is brilliant.
Thank you very much for this gem! It's hard to find a video where Alan gets actually asked about Rachel Corrie in detail. A great change from all the Snape stuff..
More than ever we need the help of idealistic young people to fight the decades-old entrenched power structure of the two parties captured by the rich and corporations. And us oldies too of course. I went to the same college as Rachel although many years earlier. Students have a great deal of freedom to tailor their education to match their particular interest and many have gone on to do wonderful things. Rachel's story is so so sad. RIP Rachel and Alan.
Thanx for posting and sharing this with us... Really!
RIP Rickman
Best Actor 4 ever !
a good man died
Glad you liked it. I'd forgotten I had it!
The play was already produced in london?
No! Rachel is my name and his voice is so sexy I just wanted to hear him say it once, but he didn't even say it once in this!!!! Now I'm sad :(
That's sad. Also totally irrelevant to this.
