The Electric Mayhem in Rock 'n' Roller Coaster is similar to the idea I had for updating the Journey Into Imagination ride at Epcot. Put simply, turn the Imagination Institute into a branch of Muppet Labs, replace Eric Idle with Bunsen and Beaker (who already have/had a presence at Epcot) and have them be responsible for either creating or discovering Figment. During the ride, they send the guests and Figment into a test subject's mind's (most likely Beaker's, because of course he has to be abused), and they journey through that subject's imagination, with Figment making a sort of "Where's Waldo" style appearance in each segment. And at the end, something horrible happens to Beaker, because of course it does.
I like this because to me the biggest crime of the current Journey Into Imagination is that Dave Goelz plays Figment instead of playing Bunsen Honeydew.
Obviously *I'd* love Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Love Handel. The premise could be that Phineas and Ferb invented a super stretch limo to get them to their concert on time, and they could even mention "we built it to drive on our old roller coaster track." This even could be a temporary overlay if they do a resort-wide P&F special anniversary event or something. But sadly the P&F presence in the park has dwindled over the years and I'm not sure if it's as easy to pitch on its "timelessness" as Muppets are. The Electric Mayhem and Roller Coaster is a pretty neat idea and one I would not mind seeing implemented. But Personally, my idea for a Rock And Roller Coaster Refurb would be to retheme it Into an idealized cartoonish West Coast Classic Rock Radio Station. All that really needs to be changed would be Some Signage, The Pre-Show, the Soundtrack, and the Post Show. The Signage would be changed to some fictional Call Letters (perhaps taking the form of an Easter Egg like KWED or something of that sort). The Pre-Show would include some slight remodeling to the recording studio to add some turntables or something and the host being basically if Willy Wonka was A classic rock DJ, and he’s going to send you on a magical high speed journey through LA. The soundtrack should be a bunch of high speed classic rock ranging through the 60’s through the 90’s. Naturally, this means that Aerosmith’s music is still in the ride, but it’s no longer the ONLY option. One song that would be a MUST on this version would be Queen’s “Stone Cold Crazy”. A fast paced barn burner of a song that I am surprised has never been implemented into a Roller Coaster, not even as a Rip Ride Rockit Easter Egg. Post Show would have the screens show classic rock concert film highlights. Think stuff around the magnitude of Queen at Live Aid or Cheap Trick At Budokan And you get the idea. The rest of the attraction can basically be untouched (aside from repairs and updated sound systems) and you got something that I know I would absolutely love. Then Again, that’s just me.

as much as I like the muppets I think powerline from a goofy movie would be a better. the pre show could be max conspiring to sneak in to the powerline concert with goofy bubuling around obliviously causing humor. but max lost track of time and is gonna be late so he has to rush to the concert. each vehicle would play either eye to eye and stand out. gives an excuse to have a max and goofy meet and greet somewhere around the ride too.
Love me some Powerline, but I feel like that would be more "pop" than "rock", and the songs feel VERY nineties in a way that wouldn't serve the "timelessness" goal.

It was a terrible bit of acting, but it was terrible in a way that deserves to be preserved-and would actually be less ridiculous coming from a Muppet. I'm leaning toward Zoot.
@@doggans Having a generic outdoor coaster themed after the Incredibles makes a certain kind of sense, considering that coasters gratuitously named after superheroes were a big thing in the '90s and 2000s. Seems like Aerosmith's music is timeless. The Muppets have been around for just a few years less than Aerosmith. Seems like you just don't like Aerosmith.
I like Aerosmith a lot! I think the music on the ride as it stands now is great, but the part that's not "timeless" about it is that a ride purportedly set during the present day depicts Steven Tyler as being only 51 years old. That's very valid, I was thinking of mentioning that as well. I've just never gotten the vibe that he values the property as he should, I just think of his Twitter banner of Walt with all the major Disney characters except Kermit
@@doggans It also closed under him. ;P
Imma kiss yo dog if you don’t stop being gp jk
Seems like Aerosmith's music is timeless. The Muppets have been around for just a few years less than Aerosmith. Seems like you just don't like Aerosmith.
I like Aerosmith a lot! I think the music on the ride as it stands now is great, but the part that's not "timeless" about it is that a ride purportedly set during the present day depicts Steven Tyler as being only 51 years old. Since Dr. Teeth is ageless, this wouldn't be an issue with this hypothetical overlay.
