What a gift to have Brian's dad playing along with him, as well as Dave Koz Richard Elliot Euge Groove, and did I also see the Great Ray Parker, Jr? Absolutely Amazing!! Brian is an amazing performer and a musical genius. Seeing him live with David Sanborn was unbelievable!! Full of energy and smooth and funky music. He needs more exposure on radio stations!!

One example : you may not like Lady Gaga but go listen to the song she's recorded with Mr Tony Bennett and tell us, she's not talented. All the artists you have quoted may not be your cup of tea but it doesn't mean they ain't talented nor their music is inferior. Think about that. From a baroque musician keen on listening to any music styles.
Every time I listen to this jam, it makes my body move like I'm right there in the jam session. The horns, keyboards and drums makes me constantly hit the replay button over and over again. That crazy insane feel GOOD MUSIC!!

Eric Marienthal!! One of my personal favorites for quite some time (since Chick Corea band)... He's actually pretty popular jazz sax player all by himself. Brian had him playing a supportive, yet AWESOME, role on the bari here. No matter what he's playing, from bari to soprano, he kills it every time.
I've had the opportunity to see Brian twice (on the Smooth Jazz Cruise and at Buff State) and he puts on a fabulous show with all the energy of this video. See him if you get the chance.
