first rule: never rush when heavy tanks and tank destroyers are not in a ready-to-fire position the second rule: play with your friends because you can directly talk to them when the match is running and set a strategy or tell some information third rule: use a tank that you understand and you are already very good at using that tank the fourth rule: don't be alone on the battlefield because the enemy can finish you off easily fifth rule: play happily without burden or anger so that your performance and mentality don't drop and fall

That is a well made video. I already can see people hating on it but I like how it is brief and very informative. And the rules are on point for casual players.
Sorry to burst your bubble but this video only covers 10% of the 90% of the issues in the game stemming from game play issues and balancing issues putting people who barley know how to play on the same team and maybe putting 1 or 2 competent players in that team.
@@mrbruh9537 Sorry to also burst your bubble, but this video is just basic tips for some players to learn, not a video addressing the problems in the game.
Rule no 11.. Don't jump tiers only to get completely destroyed and humiliated and also insulted by your teammates, who are not wrong in doing so, this is a team based game and you're expected to play your part, especially in higher tiers. It's always better and more fun to go through the lower tiers, slow and steady, that's where your skills will be developed. Rule no 12.. Always stick with the team, especially the class of tank you're playing. Change positions together and never bounce from one side of the map to the other. Rule no 13... Don't be scared to poke, it's a video game and you won't get physically hurt. Too many times I've seen a heavy or medium just hide just cause the other side has 1 more tank with them, and when they kill your teammate, who was doing all the work, they'll rush you and kill you, you preserving your HP means nothing then. Even if you know you're gonna die, do as much damage as you can, so it'll be easier for your team to take out the enemies. And lastly, Rule no 14.. If you're not a tank destroyer, don't camp, even if you're lower tier, you can always do damage and help the team . Even for tds, if you're an assault td, a td with armour, try being the 2nd line behind the heavies, help them out, if you're a td with a turret, 2nd line with the mediums. You can snipe more easily with a turret. This is a team based game and play accordingly. If you want to just be silly and have fun, there are training rooms just for that. You can't expect to be Silly in regular battles and expect your team to just laugh with you, some of those guys are playing for stats and you being silly affects the game, so don't act surprised when you get verbally assaulted if you do so. Do these and your gaming experience will be better.
Most important rule for teammates: DON'T BLOCK THE REAR OF A TANK DESTROYER THEY ARE MEANT FOR A SHOOT AND GO CLASS!! BLOCKING THEIR REAR WILL DEFEAT THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF THE SHOOT AND GO TACTIC. I never knew you would have to wait for 10seconds to go full on Houdini mode for the enemies.
I love to give advice, some obvious, some not but I hope this helps :) Some notes/additions: Rule number 5 - is a gamble. Sometimes you should finish because you can and then move on because any tank knocked out is 1 less on the battlefield. BUT at the same time, especially for the majority of tanks, let someone with the better dps finish if their sight is trained on the low hp tank. Then they will finish, and you, with the bigger alpha, can already weakon the 2nd enemy for your allies Rule 6 - For my TD's I equip the concealment perk in equipment. When I'm spotted, I go behind cover and stay still (can still move gun but not hull) and I wait for the perk to show the camo boost on the bottom of the screen. That's usually enough for the average TD at least (not big ones like Jageroo and Fv183), but if WG says 10 seconds then try doing that instead (they probably say 10 assuming you don't have that equipment slot, that's why) Rule 8 - Bonus advice specifically for shots like 5:08. If you think you can and have good aim, shoot for the center of the front driving wheel. It is both a weak spot, and it immobilises them meaning they take longer to turn their turret (if they're not looking at you) or, it gives you a chance to get behind them where the armour's thinnest. (and hey, bonus xp/credits for ally assistance sometimes!) Rule 9 - Good advice, if you wanna take a somewhat risky shot, at least see if you have a high roll ready (bottom of screen it's a glowing red target sign). It's not guaranteed but a higher chance and good for a finishing shot if the enemy is just above the average damage stated in your tank's stats. Additions: - Use HE and prammo. You're not a 'gold spammer' for having a few prammo shells for an emergency. I carry about 4 just in case I need to make a life or death shot. If you can't, use HE shells, especially for those with 122mm or 152mm cannons and up. Does an ok amount of damage if you can't pen with AP and also if you're running away, it is easier to track them with HE so they can't chase and farm you. - Know your team composition. Normally heavies go heavy side and meds go their way and so on. But if they only have 1 heavy and say you have 2 or vice versa, tell them to stay with the meds so they can blast through and then when they come back for the last enemy tanks (the heavies) they will have no backup. Same for meds. Don't be a hero and go alone (rule 2) stay with your heavies, observe their fight, see if you can get a few cheeky shots off the side and roll back. You wouldn't want the 1 heavy on your team fighting 2 or 3 enemy heavies. They will plough through and that only lets them come to finish you off. - Know your TD's locations and spots. They have the biggest guns and can turn the tide of battle (I've seen Castilla). For example 6:18 was a good example of ISU-152 going to help because it was a 3v1 and it was against a med. But, normally if all of both teams go up the hill, that is a bad spot for a no-turret TD so they might not be able to help unless they push and you get some good shots in as a defense. Very experienced with the ISU and I know that in Middleburg, the city lanes are the best alleys to catch people off guard or peek and retreat. You don't get that liberty in the hill side as you gotta trade shots if you roll over the hills to shoot, with the exception of things like the WZ Tank Destroyer. Good front armour, it can take that risk. - Learn your tanks from both yours and your enemy's perspective Ie. Weaknesses you notice driving (e.g the Tiger II), and weaknesses you notice shooting that same tank (e.g again, Tiger II). As knowing both sides makes you a better driver, and gunner for when you face that tank next time. It will also pay off to learn where and when you can HE pen someone, not only does it help your damage number and team, but it's super satisfying to get a HE pen! - For lights and meds, please, your job is to scout. Don't be afraid to retreat is you find yourself outnumbered or even run into the whole enemy team. Call your heavies over, or you go and join them if they are slower heavies Finally, learn map spots and just play the game. All these new WR helping videos made by WG/WOTB devs weren't here when I started, only Youtiubers did this stuff and even then I didn't know any till 7K battles so I was basically riding blind untill 10K battles. It was there that everything I've said and more clicked and my WR really started going up both on my own and in a platoon. Mind, that this advice is for the majority situation Hope this helps! Happy tanking, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2022!
The problem with your add on for rule 8 is that 95% of shots (for me at least) dont do damage and imobilze, often it just tracks and does nothing or doesnt even track the tank. But that might just be my garbage luck in this game with rng and tracks
@@hosybosy1119 This is fine, sometimes that happens to me too and it depends on how good your penetration is as the tracks do have a certain mm thickness not shown in blitzhangar. When shooting that weak spot, go for the actual wheel instead of the belt and also that shot can only be taken guaranteed when the enemy front/back, makes at least a 30 degree angle with your line of sight. So if it is like 15 degrees, meaning they are almost facing you head on, it won't work
@@firenzarfrenzy4985 hm, weird, enemies almost always pen and track head-on and i seem to bounce about 30% of my shots on 90 degree angle, but at least 70% of those from a 90 degree side-on angle pen...
*Number Eleven* _Count the numbers enemy type tank_ For example 2 HT team vs 3 HT enemy Well 2 HT team should join MT line Another example 2 MT team vs 3 MT enemy Well 2 MT team still going in MT line for spotting and if the enemy mt rush, run and join HT line Flank HT enemy before MT enemy coming That's my opinion, sorry if there was a mistaken 😅🙏
That is also a good way of putting it, but I believe that the two medium tanks should just play support for the heavies while watching the flank. Unfortunately it not going to be like that, you're always gonna have that one person that goes the opposite direction and get shredded like cheese
1. Always minimize the damage you are reciving with tactics like side scraping, wiggling, angling, and blocking weak points with your gun. 2. Play with people you know well or can talk to directly in a voice chat or if they are next to you in real life. 3. Play tanks that you know are good. Study their weakpoints and statistics overall, and pick the best tank that fits your playstyle. 4. Study armor profiles of the tanks you find most often. Nearly every tank will have at least one weakpoint. 5. If you are on a losing flank, relocate. If you are in a tank with enough mobility, you should always be maximizing the amount of damage you are dishing out. If you are in a position that does not fit your tank's characteristics well, relocate. 6. Only play when you are in a good state of mind. Make sure you have eaten and had a good amount of sleep. 7. Enjoy the game. Play tanks that are fun.
This video is all very well, but it makes no difference when in every loss I have at least to teammates who do 0 damage, meaning that we were at a disadvantage from the start
boohoo, you say like everyone doesn't face this exact situation sooner or later, just because you have disadvantage of 1 tank it doesn't mean its end of the world, you just need to get better at spotting similarly incomptent enemy tanks and farm them.
To be fair, the enemy team also has at least two tanks who will do zero damage as well. It's very rare to be up against a team with all seven players being 50%+ win rate.
"Join your allies of same type to work in team" I wonder how is that possible if you're an E100, the map has two opposite flank spawns and the whole team went the opposite flank from you. The video is a good idea, but the players watching this usually already knows all the rules but still fails as the teammates has no idea how to correctly play. As the entire video says, team easily leads to victory but if you're the only one who carries the team you'll still die. Except if you play Smasher/Annihilator, of course.
well in the first place m8 you should have come with your team anyways. Thats why it is key to watch the map and even if the results would be the same it would be better because you could stay alive more and you are there to take shots for ze team and help them aswell.
@@cheems3325 generally granted, but due to poor map design some flanks are completely irredeemable unless your enemy is incompetent, i.e port bay town, Middleburg town in encounter, not pushing hill on mines(though even the worst players seem to have figured that one out)
Can't disagree most of it, only the last one kekw, take with a pinch of salt even you have Smasher and anhi, goodluck against dpm tanks... Well, we still need to considering how the player is, if it's a unicum.. yeah that battle will be a slapper for em.. For an average player? Probably they will have a hard time for it... Unless the enemy is bleeding, of course... And yes, there will be players be like: "But they have op tank, no need skill" *Bruh* As you said, teamwork is still the key, and idk if u had Smasher and Anhi, cuz as for me I've been tiered up against tier 8 A LOT, some players I talked to do share about this too. And as you know, goodluck being slapped by Tier 8 tanks cuz you ain't gonna survived much.. And the end of the day, Anhi and Smasher had some slight matchmaking tweak in which they're been uptiered a lot then the same tier or lower, so the percentage of you surviving, especially SOLO is rather.... Slim.... Anyways, wish u luck on the future matches kek
Good video with solid advice guys! Map awareness, making smart damage trades and not wandering off like a tourist are the best one in my opinion. Maybe you did forget to add rule 11, which would be to fully understand the fun modes like Gravity and Uprising do NOT resemble the actual game. Yes, there's same tanks and damage etc but the tactics and so on are just completely different.
@@kermittfroggy2975 because they can teach you it's worthwhile to just yolo in to get a win. You won't get punished in WR in these modes and while that's OK it is not good you can earn XP there
seen a ball of tanks get shredded because they all insisted and going and staying in a death hole, if the teams split into 2 and are close together they can cover flanking enemy and still support the others.
"Be patience" ah yes, too bad too much players misunderstood this... Like really hard. The thing is, when ally medium tanks successfully flank the enemies from behind, OR if MTs somehow successfully hold and stall many enemies in their place (usually it's 2 MTs which clever enough to keep 4 enemies at bay), the other side needs to rush quick so they can keep the number advantage and move on to help those good MTs players. I have see too many being "patients" and refuse to rush a 5 v 3 fight, that just wrong and a good way to lose your match.
*rule 11 know your tank's enemy and especially your tank also... rule 12 never camp if you are not a Tank Destroyer and if you are a tank destroyer find a better location for your sniping area and join the melee if you are needed... rule 13 never be so arrogant to your teammates they might be left you alone by not helping you and die in the early stage of the battle...*
How to Play and Win in WoTB: Step 1: Download WoTB Step 2: Lose so many games b/c of bad teammates despite placing top each match Step 3: Delete WoTB Step 4: Repeat process again 5 minutes later
… 1) Don’t go AFK. = Fair. 2) Don’t go alone. = Fair, provided the team goes the right way. 3) Don’t snap shoot. = False. 4) Use mini map. = Fair. 5) Focus low HP targets. = Fair. 6) Camo reset = 10s = Yes, but actually no because WG are adding a stupid new tank ability for Russian LTs… 7) Pay attention to cap points. = Fair. 8) Trade HP effectively. = Fair. 9) Pray to RNGesus. Hallowed be His name. 10) Learn from super unicums. = Correct. … The fact that some people might not know these things genuinely terrifies me but explains weekend teams so very, very well.
Learned most of these rules 10 years ago, in the hardcore game called classic WoT. What I have to add: Rule no. 1 - having an afk hurts your chance to win but that's far from certain defeat. I have won games with 1 afk in my team on multiple occasions, no different than having one high tier ally dealing only 200 dmg, how many times does that happen ? Yes, a lot. Rule no. 3 - fully aiming is important for Blitz, it was VITAL for classic WoT. You should also learn how to properly fire on the move, yes there is a fairly accurate way to do it. Rule no. 6 - I count to 12, not to 10. You may count too fast and pop out at the wrong time. Also if you try this tactic twice in a row against same enemy, if he is smart like me he will anticipate, he will counter-count you to 10, wait 2 sec for you to move behind the bush then fire at you without seeing you first. I killed many people like this, some were angry and cursed me, or called me hacker. Rule no. 9 - luck favors the winner. If you get bad luck in a streak in a single game, you did something wrong to begin with. Call it BS if you like, but I believe it. One more rule should be added which is extremely important, taken from The Art of War. When in superior position (more tanks, more hp, better position), attack. When in inferior position (opposite of what I said), defend. More often than not, one team will have less tanks on left and more on right, if the enemy has the opposite then the winner is usually the team which manages to defeat the weaker opposition faster. Inaction, like wrong action, can easily lead to defeat.
I love everything you just said. Especially the waiting part. I like to do overwatch and pretty much act as if I'm a tank sniper. That's usually where most of my victories come from.
Ah dang, how am I so dumb not knowing these? Thanks Wargaming. Although most of the time my team will often ignore the one-shot dead enemy and lost because of that, although if we won it's often me who finished that dude off.
If they'll knows, your team are just "you" and "your platoon", the rest is random player. Duos+5 randoms can't categorized to team fights btw, unless you play tournament with your clan
All we can do is try to make ourselves better! 11. Learn your tanks strengths and weaknesses as well as its role in each and every battle. If players don’t realize the purpose of lights is to spot and annoy, mediums to assist and annoy and heavies to either push or hold. Took me along time to understand the many many many things that go into the game. She’ll normalization, effective armor, auto ricochet angles, she’ll velocity and many different ammo types to understand to use effectively.
No. The fact they are making videos like this shows you how clueless a lot of the players are. This should be something new accounts are forced to watch and then do a quick questionnaire on, to prove they took it on board.
This should be a mandatory video at tier 3 or.4, especially for those who prefer heavies and race for higher tier models. When outnumbered by the red team counterparts, it's a smarter choice to roll with the rest of the team.
the most important rule: bring premium shell t34/100 's HEAT has 250mm, using boost pen will be 275mm which can pen the tiger II front armor if u cant use the circle of death that's for the example
Wargaming has put all its focus on bringing in paying players, now they're seeing the games have become a mess and all more experienced players are extremely frustrated, so they try to educate the newbies. Fine, this is good and helpful, but the problem is deeper than training the newbs, if you want to do something, change your attitude and pay more attention to players' experience rather than focusing squarely on their pockets.
@@zeroshikagure7997 you are pushing too hard at first. Spot red meds and wait for team support then push the red reds or draw them towards your sniper guns.
@@Vexioner yes its tempting with a tank with no gun depression to go town but its tactically bad to go to low ground unless you are flanking or spotting from that position.
Actually probably the best educational video attempted since 2014, how about don’t rush tiers when you have no clue how to play the game? Or don’t drive a ru251 and expect to be good after 3k games. Long said it but why aren’t we seeing difficulty ratings at least for tech tree tanks? I think this would help newer players with what to start playing. Rule number 11 : drive your tank type? Many things that could be added to a second video, which btw should be compulsory to watch not optional.
1 - Don't be an AFK. 2 - Be a team player. Don't go off alone. 3 - Be patient. Aim carefully, then shoot. 4 - Mind the mini-map. Know where the enemy is. 5 - Kill the enemy with the lowest HP first. 6 - Reset your camo before engaging the enemy.\ 7 - Remember the bases. A points win is still a win. 8 - Use your HP wisely. 9 - Luck counts. The damage you do will vary from 75 to 125% of the indicated amount. 10 - Watch and learn. Pay attention to others, learn from the best.
Here's one to add... if you are playing in a platoon, a medium and a heavy, then you still have your job to do as medium on the flank, so don't run off and join your buddy on the heavy side (exceptions to this rule can apply).
umm platoons should support each other not wander off, it defeats teamwork, a med can still fulfill its role near its heavy teammate by being a flanker and shooting the same tank as its toon mate. just be in eye sight of each other.
5 Rules of Victory for me: -Don't chatted with ur team if u get pushed by enemy (it will make the enemy destroy u and u are late to retreat) -If u are alone and the enemy pushing,Just retreat don't try to fight back or u will be get rekt by them -If the teammates says "go right" or "go left",Just follow the order and sometimes teammates doesn't really care so the team is got defeat (50% chance for this rule) -Don't camp with HT,MT or LT,It's Prohibited ! -if u can't penetrate a tank just switch to gold shell and if it's not working switch to HE.Still,HE will do some damage but less. That's my opinion Thx
That last one is super smart and I don't see anyone doing it (at least from my external view). I don't like using prammo but I always have a couple for emergency. You're not a 'gold spammer' for using a 1 or 2 in an emergency. Secondly, if you're really stuck, HE is always an option, ESPECIALLY for people with 122mm cannons and up and DEFINITELY for those with 152mm and up. It is a good philosophy to use to still deal damage to holldown people (sometimes), finish a low HP enemy if you think an AP round won't pen and also it's easy tracking material that might save a fleeing ally who will come back to help in some unexpected way. Also, something super controversial I'm about to say. If there's 1 enemy on low hp and 2 of you but also low HP. Get close to them from either side. Both can try and shoot but if one dies as sacrifice that's ok because 2nd teammate will kill them after they kill you or vice versa. (DON'T do this with an autoloading enemy unless you're 100% sure it's their last shell and NEVER do this if they are an auto RE-loader because if they shoot 1 guy it is an easy reload for the 2nd guy)
I had a team mate who did that M41 Bulldog: I'm going left My Tiger I: Don't rush and tell them where you are going And I went right M41 Bulldog: I'll live M41 Bulldog: Tiger you was right I died Enemy Tog II LOL you told everyone where you was at Me: Best chat ever
Rule#69:Which comes before Rule 1..is that before the start of the battle it's a 50% chance of win or loss..making it a win is 49% Skill and 1% luck(or Rng).
What can i Say?good Job,this video It's what some players Need to understand, too much times, for example,a player randomly go afk, please guys play when you can play, don t Do It if u are not sure ti have at least 6 mins of times
And watch in confusion as one tank rushes B spamming « NEED HELP », two others aim towards A, two players are offline and another one is standing there like you, trying to figure out where to go and how the f*ck we’re gonna win this round.
I’ve seen these rules misinterpreted into bad tactics, so there should be clarifications. The lone heavy wandering off isn’t a great idea, but their example of one heavy being swarmed by 3 opponents should be combined with the tip about map awareness. If the other 6 teammates are on the other side of the map, then logically they should have some advantage and should react to that. Also, the lone heavy should tread carefully until all red tanks are spotted
2:362:46 did you spot the difference a teammate wasn’t there the first time the 2nd time they where it’s usually when 2nd showing but they just up and leave after getting spotted leaving your flank or not even fighting back
#1, make sure the developers of the game you're playing, actually know how to balance a game, and not worry about filling their already full pockets even more. Game will be fortnite for 5 year olds in 3 years.

Rule number 5 - is a gamble. Sometimes you should finish because you can and then move on because any tank knocked out is 1 less on the battlefield. BUT at the same time, especially for the majority of tanks, let someone with the better dps finish if their sight is trained on the low hp tank. Then they will finish, and you, with the bigger alpha, can already weakon the 2nd enemy for your allies
Rule 6 - For my TD's I equip the concealment perk in equipment. When I'm spotted, I go behind cover and stay still (can still move gun but not hull) and I wait for the perk to show the camo boost on the bottom of the screen. That's usually enough for the average TD at least (not big ones like Jageroo and Fv183), but if WG says 10 seconds then try doing that instead (they probably say 10 assuming you don't have that equipment slot, that's why)
Rule 8 - Bonus advice specifically for shots like 5:08. If you think you can and have good aim, shoot for the center of the front driving wheel. It is both a weak spot, and it immobilises them meaning they take longer to turn their turret (if they're not looking at you) or, it gives you a chance to get behind them where the armour's thinnest. (and hey, bonus xp/credits for ally assistance sometimes!)
Rule 9 - Good advice, if you wanna take a somewhat risky shot, at least see if you have a high roll ready (bottom of screen it's a glowing red target sign). It's not guaranteed but a higher chance and good for a finishing shot if the enemy is just above the average damage stated in your tank's stats.
Additions:
- Use HE and prammo.
Call your heavies over, or you go and join them if they are slower heavies
Finally, learn map spots and just play the game. Mind, that this advice is for the majority situation
Hope this helps!
Happy tanking, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2022!
That are some nice advices. Nice.
The problem with your add on for rule 8 is that 95% of shots (for me at least) dont do damage and imobilze, often it just tracks and does nothing or doesnt even track the tank. But that might just be my garbage luck in this game with rng and tracks
Im being super peneriod of enemy behind when i look on my and back My Turret Its slow And TDS tracks
The most important part of this video is defiantly to watch the map

Yes correct use your teammates as meat shields

If you are using your teammate that way, you are not in a good position for max damage to enemy & generally your team LOSES

Why dont rush?
Follow 40% players?

@@ch4bronblitz I think that might work tbh
*Number Eleven*
_Count the numbers enemy type tank_
For example 2 HT team vs 3 HT enemy
Well 2 HT team should join MT line
Another example 2 MT team vs 3 MT enemy
Well 2 MT team still going in MT line for spotting and if the enemy mt rush, run and join HT line
Flank HT enemy before MT enemy coming
That's my opinion, sorry if there was a mistaken 😅🙏
More interested in how many big derp guns and fast tanks.
U think begginers understand what you just have written? 😂
That is also a good way of putting it, but I believe that the two medium tanks should just play support for the heavies while watching the flank. Unfortunately it not going to be like that, you're always gonna have that one person that goes the opposite direction and get shredded like cheese
@@ERIKNOWAKK of course not :v
Opini yang keren dan.......
You know the situation is very bad when they start making videos like this.
What is sleep
Idk
This video is all very well, but it makes no difference when in every loss I have at least to teammates who do 0 damage, meaning that we were at a disadvantage from the start
same
boohoo, you say like everyone doesn't face this exact situation sooner or later, just because you have disadvantage of 1 tank it doesn't mean its end of the world, you just need to get better at spotting similarly incomptent enemy tanks and farm them.
To be fair, the enemy team also has at least two tanks who will do zero damage as well. It's very rare to be up against a team with all seven players being 50%+ win rate.
Instructions unclear, had afk player on my team and carried anyway.
Yeah, especially when you driving big slow Chunky heavy tank
well in the first place m8 you should have come with your team anyways. Thats why it is key to watch the map and even if the results would be the same it would be better because you could stay alive more and you are there to take shots for ze team and help them aswell.
@@cheems3325 generally granted, but due to poor map design some flanks are completely irredeemable unless your enemy is incompetent, i.e port bay town, Middleburg town in encounter, not pushing hill on mines(though even the worst players seem to have figured that one out)
Can't disagree most of it, only the last one kekw, take with a pinch of salt
even you have Smasher and anhi, goodluck against dpm tanks...
Well, we still need to considering how the player is, if it's a unicum.. yeah that battle will be a slapper for em..
For an average player? Probably they will have a hard time for it... Unless the enemy is bleeding, of course...
And yes, there will be players be like:
"But they have op tank, no need skill"
*Bruh*
As you said, teamwork is still the key, and idk if u had Smasher and Anhi, cuz as for me I've been tiered up against tier 8 A LOT, some players I talked to do share about this too.
Yeah, I was sleepy, feel free to discuss more lmao
Good video with solid advice guys! Map awareness, making smart damage trades and not wandering off like a tourist are the best one in my opinion. Maybe you did forget to add rule 11, which would be to fully understand the fun modes like Gravity and Uprising do NOT resemble the actual game. Yes, there's same tanks and damage etc but the tactics and so on are just completely different.
yoo sup martin
I don't understand why you needed to say the Gravity mode and uprising part :/
@@kermittfroggy2975 because they can teach you it's worthwhile to just yolo in to get a win. You won't get punished in WR in these modes and while that's OK it is not good you can earn XP there

seen a ball of tanks get shredded because they all insisted and going and staying in a death hole, if the teams split into 2 and are close together they can cover flanking enemy and still support the others.
Rule 11: Don't hide alone and wait for your teammates to be finished. Enemy will attack you like a pack of dogs and finish you off in the end.
"they show good behaviour in the chat"
Asia, Euro, NA, RU servers: we dont do that here
More like some players don't deserve that good behavior
*rule 11 know your tank's enemy and especially your tank also... rule 12 never camp if you are not a Tank Destroyer and if you are a tank destroyer find a better location for your sniping area and join the melee if you are needed... rule 13 never be so arrogant to your teammates they might be left you alone by not helping you and die in the early stage of the battle...*

A good rule for spotters is to make sure you have an out when things go south. Meds and lights HAVE to spot and not act like TDs.
Also heavys dont camp...
They do camp because that’s their job to act as snipers with heavy single shot damage
Did anyone notice how the tiger 2 had the new graphics and texture files added to it

I just like the video, thats all. The simple rules to win, nice and genuine.
…
1) Don’t go AFK. = Fair.
2) Don’t go alone. = Fair, provided the team goes the right way.
3) Don’t snap shoot. = False.
4) Use mini map. = Fair.
5) Focus low HP targets. = Fair.
6) Camo reset = 10s = Yes, but actually no because WG are adding a stupid new tank ability for Russian LTs…
7) Pay attention to cap points. = Fair.
8) Trade HP effectively. = Fair.
9) Pray to RNGesus. Hallowed be His name.
10) Learn from super unicums. = Correct.
…
The fact that some people might not know these things genuinely terrifies me but explains weekend teams so very, very well.
Learned most of these rules 10 years ago, in the hardcore game called classic WoT.
What I have to add:
Rule no.
Dude really brought Sun Tzu to a discussion about WoTB tactics ☠☠
Tip my hat to you sir
I love everything you just said. Especially the waiting part. I like to do overwatch and pretty much act as if I'm a tank sniper. That's usually where most of my victories come from.
Ah dang, how am I so dumb not knowing these?
Thanks Wargaming.
Although most of the time my team will often ignore the one-shot dead enemy and lost because of that, although if we won it's often me who finished that dude off.
Sad thing is the players who NEED to watch this video never will.
We need more video like this
Explaining the game mechanic and tactic
Thank you SO MUCH! I now have a chance of winning 2 in 3. I also got top 2 places 3 battles in a row! Thank you again! Good luck and all the best
Actually pretty useful and nice from WG, explains everything I want my teammates to know
That's what I'm sainnggg
If they'll knows, your team are just "you" and "your platoon", the rest is random player.
Duos+5 randoms can't categorized to team fights btw, unless you play tournament with your clan
Nice, hope it helps some players. Should make this a series because there’s like 150 more rules :)
If you watch this, your enemy will also watch this
2:55 @Droodles this one is for you
Rule number 11: Never play light tanks
At the start of the battle, if I am going to base, I always make sure to keep an eye to the map if there are some enemies that spawn.
Rule 1 : Pay WG to get +60wr teamates
Rule 2 : Make sure to spam tickets at WG
Thank you for finally giving the T-44 some love
Number 2 - brave (heavy) tanker went to a flank alone.
Yeah bc his meds/lights were 40% clowns and drove wrong way, straight to enemy heavies
Muppet heavy watched his muppet lt/mt and said hold my beer.
1 muppet move doesn’t negate another muppet move.
Great video Wargaming, but both you and I know that over 50% of the playerbase will struggle to understand, let alone follow these rules.
Rule 12. Learn About Splash Damage and spaced armor
A video that’s appreciated by everyone whether you’re a beginner or an high skill player.Keep it up!
No. The fact they are making videos like this shows you how clueless a lot of the players are.
This should be something new accounts are forced to watch and then do a quick questionnaire on, to prove they took it on board.
Ok I must say that I have been really critical with your tutorials in the past but this video right here is rly well made so good job
this should be unskippable video when you create your account
This should be a mandatory video at tier 3 or.4, especially for those who prefer heavies and race for higher tier models. When outnumbered by the red team counterparts, it's a smarter choice to roll with the rest of the team.
lol rule number 5 in a nutshell
you stole my kill i wont help you
the most important rule: bring premium shell
t34/100 's HEAT has 250mm, using boost pen will be 275mm which can pen the tiger II front armor if u cant use the circle of death
that's for the example
people who never used any other tanks than TD's: *you guys can't penetrate?*
I always rely on flanking maneuvers.
T-34-85 and T44 is fun to use
Wargaming has put all its focus on bringing in paying players, now they're seeing the games have become a mess and all more experienced players are extremely frustrated, so they try to educate the newbies. Fine, this is good and helpful, but the problem is deeper than training the newbs, if you want to do something, change your attitude and pay more attention to players' experience rather than focusing squarely on their pockets.
Esattamente!!!
Everything went excellent
Dont go into town
ALWAYS hold high ground first.
Learn what the type of tank you are playing is supposed to do and go on map.
But..but i like the town
People hate on town too much(on most maps, not defending port bay) but yeah high ground is better generally and know your tank
I get raped when i go to high ground cause im a med tank and theres always 3 tanks waiting to shoot me
@@zeroshikagure7997 you are pushing too hard at first.
Rule #5 finish of low hp targets
Every dmg greedy unicum:
Meh
That's how it works boys and girls 🙃
May I suggests that you allow the player to change the direction of the minimal to North so that he can instantaneously figure out his position ?
4:48 WAIT IS THAT A TIGER II WITH HD GRAPHICS?!
1 - Don't be an AFK.
2 - Be a team player. Don't go off alone.
3 - Be patient. Aim carefully, then shoot.
4 - Mind the mini-map. Know where the enemy is.
5 - Kill the enemy with the lowest HP first.
6 - Reset your camo before engaging the enemy.\
7 - Remember the bases.
Rule 10: Get a good sleep before you begin. Or else laziness will ruin your reflexes
5 Rules of Victory for me:
-Don't chatted with ur team if u get pushed by enemy (it will make the enemy destroy u and u are late to retreat)
-If u are alone and the enemy pushing,Just retreat don't try to fight back or u will be get rekt by them
-If the teammates says "go right" or "go left",Just follow the order and sometimes teammates doesn't really care so the team is got defeat (50% chance for this rule)
-Don't camp with HT,MT or LT,It's Prohibited !
-if u can't penetrate a tank just switch to gold shell and if it's not working switch to HE.Still,HE will do some damage but less.
That's my opinion
Thx
I had a team mate who did that
M41 Bulldog: I'm going left
My Tiger I: Don't rush and tell them where you are going

The lone heavy wandering off isn’t a great idea, but their example of one heavy being swarmed by 3 opponents should be combined with the tip about map awareness. If the other 6 teammates are on the other side of the map, then logically they should have some advantage and should react to that. Also, the lone heavy should tread carefully until all red tanks are spotted
