Her dedication to her craft is unending! Catch me not being surprised whatsoever that she's in the hot shop with a broken ankle. Endlessly impressed and inspired by Deborah's work! I'm not a glass blower, and probably never will be. I can't take the heat unfortunately. It just makes me even more impressed when I see these talented artists creating true beauty out of their own blood, sweat and tears

Hello all glass blowers!! I was not quite sure which video to leave this comment at... But I don't think it really matters!! I am absolutely dumbfounded, and impressed, by the artistic skills that everybody associated with the Corning School of glass, seems to possess!!! I have been watching (blown away). It's very entertaining but,....nowhere near as educational as this RUclips channel!!!

how does one see "blown away"? as there is lots of "behind the scenes" interviews and the like but C.M.O.G. hasn't yet given us a link to where to watch it on youtube!!- if they are in it, why not give us some propper content, if it is a year old, or so, who cares the.... about netflix, find some ep's of the series and UPLOAD ASAP!!!

@@hilaryb8538 I was bothered by some of her political viewpoints, but so impressed with her skill that I grew to appreciate her art. She was clearly the most talented artist there, and deserved to win. The competition is not about who you like or agree with the philosophy of, but how skilled and talented their interpretation of the challenge is. In that, she blew everyone else away.

A surfing accident. It's a tough way to get to the hospital. I once stepped on a chestnut and I twisted my Calf. A year later I twisted it walking home from the store and caused to slightly dislocate. It felt like gout. I had to crawl to the bathroom. It popped in then. Never wear boots when you're walking nearly a mile unless you're military and/or are trained.

Watching in 2021, wondering if people are blowing coronavirus into glass these days, lol. I am sure the heat would deactivate the virus, but it's still an interesting thing to ponder. Would love to see some amazing glass art exploring the theme. :)
Edit: I think making a muffler was a bad choice of project to showcase her work here. She has so much more creativity in her than just replicating a car part. We didn't even have the context of seeing the other pieces or overall idea behind the chandelier.

I didn’t like her work and I feel in the end that she only won, because she was a woman. The judges didn’t want to over power the one female judge that put her interpretation all over Debras work because she was female. I’m on season 2 right now and I believe that a man will win just to even it out.
