The "white guy" is Sabzi, and he's actually Persian. He's the DJ, or, the one who makes the beats that the Philipino guy "Geologic" raps to. He also makes the beats for Common Market, where Ra Scion is the rapper.

Thank goodness I can come and watch this video without seeing mass comments going, "CHEEE 808," or, "8o8 rEpReSeNt (insert city/town/village,)" or anything else along the lines of it. 90% of those people didn't even know who Blue Scholars were until this song came out, let alone know that they were from Hawaii.
