TF2: Freak Fortress 2 (Neo Gameplay #2)

NOTE: Neo #1 is part of my video on Nova Prospekt.
The previous rounds on this map were basically Demoknights all fighting eachother for melee hits. Considering how janky Source is with melees, I needed to do a hale that could dispatch groups pretty easily either as part of his rage or as an overall ability. Neo was pretty much the first thing I could think of going.
