You said high 300s. This model is priced at the high 400s for the base plan. Easily over $500k!
Why in the world are builders putting the laundry room at the front door? No one wants to smell dirty laundry and wash soap when you have guests over?
I’d say convenience so the master can have access to it. I’ve seen some laundry rooms on the second floor on some plans but I see more of them being close the garage and the master .
