Raptor's 2.0 engine still puts up a punch. Hilux upgrade to 224HP is just by numbers but the performance is still the same with the older model. Raptor still, all day long anytime, anywhere.
Yep it's funny because on paper that new hilux is so powerful but when you test drive it there's no way you would get it over the raptor if you have also test drove it. If you're the person who buys car just looking everything on paper then you'll surely regret it.
@@Nallareqrol True. What they claim to be 224HP for the Hilux GRS is merely just a dream so good to be true. The claimed numbers isn't what it is in the real world as tested. So many Hilux GRS vs the Wildtrak 2.0 (which is underpowered) videos yet the 224HP cannot even compete with the nerfed 204HP which was previously 207HP.

I have been on the waiting list now for one month for the Code Orange. Can't wait. I currently have a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. While the Sport is very Fast and will put you back in our seat the ride is not really very nice. It can be a bit rough. I test drove the raptor and the ride is surprisingly much smoother than the Sport.
Engine sound on sports mode and on manual sounds great for a 4 cyl. It sounds full.
I super love my new ford ranger raptor. i feel like i can enjoy this vehicle for a long long time with these cool features. absolutely worth it! it can be driven anywhere here in the philippines given the road and weather conditions. it's so comforting knowing you're sitting high up with all the technologies, lighting, and minimal fuel consumption. i can't say enough of good things about this vehicle

i think 16km/l . then i changed it to miles per gallon which is 25 mpg average. and im mostly sitting in traffic or idle so it's pretty good@@tatangsgarage
not related to the review but I wish that the mic of yours while reviewing is stereo mic, it is so weird that I only hear you on one side of my ear and when your voice over comes it becomes stereo again, nevertheless Great Review as always
Ford said the box steps needed to be deleted to accomodate the dual tip exhaust of the V6 raptor.

Even with the underpowered 2.0 diesel the next-gen RanRap still looks badass. Although most still want the bi-turbo 3.0 V6 offered overseas, let's remember that we only want the Raptor for the looks, not the performance.
It's not underpowered kung sa PH lang din naman gagamitin unlike sa ibang bansa na may baja or long stretches of sands or deserts. It's plentiful enough.

If u haven’t driven one. U have no idea how that bi-turbo works. Kung dto ka lng sa pinas magooverake ng mga tricycle o sa clex nlex it’s more than enough
Underpowered compared to the 3.0L, sure, especially the Aus & US spec with sports car power, but this is plenty for it's class and what it needs to do. Has the wide body and suspension tuning to back up it's looks as well. The RAM TRX is more powerful than the 3.5L Raptor F150, but no one calls it underpowered and only for looks either.
When it comes to comfort between Raptor and Navara, which is better?
Raptor because it has fox suspension coil springs meaning di sya masyado matagtag.

Ang Ford Ranger variant dito sa middleeast pinangkakarga lang mg mga construction materials. Kahit F-150 wala masayado bumibili kasi sirain ang Ford . Dito sa Qatar Toyota ang number one Hilux ang marami sa pick up truck from 4cyl 2.7 to V6 4.0 GR models. Landcruiser ang number one sa station wagon sumunod ang Nissan Patrol. Isa sa Hilux ang dinadala namin service main namin ang Landcruiser at Nissan Safari sa desyerto at malalakas ang makina umahon sa sand dune. Pag tinanong mo mga Qatari sasabihin nila sayo Toyota pa rin pinaka matibay.
