i love that as well, my problem with a lot of multi-platform games is that the camera POVs are a lot closer to the characters so when you're fighting multiple enemies its easily overwhelming, and its easy to lose sight of enemies jumping out far away.

I hope it is, Genshin needs some competition that isnt games from their own company and Mihoyo might do more QoL. This is probably just me coping though.
I could be wrong but the sounds of the swings sound like they have more of a kick to them. I do what the right word would be to describe it, I just feel like attacking enemies would feel more impactful then it probably did a few months ago

The previous betas already looked good but the newest videos make them look bad in comparison, they are REALLY polishing this game now^^

This game is looking better and better. I was not a fan of the darker tone the world had personally as it just simply looked boring and the combat animations and smoothness have improved a lot as well. I don’t need this game to be a genshin killer I just need it to be a good game.

With what I've seen, my only gripe is that characters only have 1 skill like in Genshin. Furthermore, these skills look good but don't seem to have any amount of complexity (e.g. "press E for a lunge attack that does a little more damage than a basic attack"). There's no one character in Hoyoverse's recent games who feels complete because of that, and it feels pretty bad imo.
They have two ultimates and all the possible combos were not shown in this video, not to mention the echoes that serve as a second agility for them, you still haven't seen a third of the combat in this game...
iamgine dark (souls+devil may cry) this is the combat of the game, parry mechanics of dark souls, movement of devil may cry/Nier automata, the combat of the game is not as simple as it seems..

A lot of the characters have elements that require enemies to hit and... this is private server footage and no one's worked out how to enable enemies yet. So until we get CBT2 footage (announcement soon I hope) we're missing a bunch of their kits. Hard to judge until you have it in your own hands too.
