Hi bro is good see your video again. I have a question im planning to try datatec tornado air filter or denso oem filter? I like to try after market air filter but im very hesitant to try because they say it cannot filtered 100% or might damage turbo they recommend stick to oem
KNN does a good job and is closest to oem cus even cleaning the filter you’ll need their special liquid for it (there’s an actual filter in them not just mesh). I’ve heard of the datatec filter but I’ve never tried nor heard reviews on them. I’d say spend the extra buck on KNN but beware of fakes. The main thing about these filters is like if it increases more hp, it’s cus of there’s more air that gets sucked in but unfortunately this probably means there’s less resistance hence less filtering. There are cases of debris getting inside the turbo and breaking them because of these mesh filters though that’s true. If what ur aiming for is more power get the datatec filter, but remember it comes w risks. Going the OEM route will definitely be safe but u lose power due to having more restrictions.
