Dropping heels is absolutely the #1 tip for riding a mountain bike, in every scenario...but I'm not sure I ever applied it to my dirt bike! This was a good segment.

You guys should do a video on single track skill that help you on the track. I rode trails for the first time last weekend and imediately went and rode the track, i could tell that i felt more comfortable and had more control over the bike after riding the trails.
I love mountain biking it is my favorite sport but I really want to give a dirt bike a try but I can’t get my parents approval because I live in a suburban area I have found a track but can’t convince my parents. Any advice? Also what bike would you recommend me I am 13 and 5”00 tall
I actually put the front brake on the right side on my mountain bike. If someone who rides mountain bikes only, it'sgood to let them know that you swithed the brakes. I didn't when a friend of mine road my mountain bike. I lmfao when he grabed what he thought was the rear brake.
