I am immensely grateful to you guys. Tommy for the herculean work he did to share it with us just like that. It is difficult to imagine the scale of the work done. For me, Tommy is as great as Stevie, I will remember them and tell everyone I know for the rest of my life. Special thanks to Danny for making it possible for this to happen. I think this is the most informative video I've ever seen. I spent several months trying to figure out exactly how Stevie held the pick and worked with his right hand, and only now did I understand everything. I am grateful to you for the rest of my life for giving you the opportunity to touch the work of my favorite musician
Have you asked Tommy about amp settings. To my ears he has the SRV tone. I’m sure a bunch of it is in his hands but when he does the pickup switching thing it sounds like SRV

Thank you both for ALL this awesome and specific lesson! I never would be able to have figured this stuff out on my own 🙏🏻
Dude I remember you playing with Marbin in my buddies Tim’s backyard. Amazing show. Randomly stumbled on your RUclips.
Great series! 🔥🎸
This was super helpful
Just when I thought I had it down. You play it how I used to play it, but someone said I was doing it wrong ... smh I was even using the middle pickup
😀😀😀
