Eryk Moczko is like a influencer turned rapper, he's young and raps in high pitched voice so my guess would be Quebo is mocking him (and others like him) by rapping in this "baby-like" voice dressed as a toddler. Also the painting Que references is a famous Matejko painting of a joker who's job is to entertain the king and the elites but he's shown backstage basically dwelling on life/being tired/thinking, but it also could be a reference to Mata who used this same image in his "patoreakcja" video, since he had a deal with Adidas and Que is wearing Adidas shorts. In the beginning there's also a reference to Beksiński's art as well as cyberpunk

Reto - Half dead, Tymek - rainman/język ciała or Friz's song Ekipa - przejmujemy youtoube. Last one is obviously pretty bad but Ekipa back then was breaking almost every record of polish youtube
