The ultimate spaghetti and spaghetti sauce recipe is Pan frie the meat first while that is cooking crush some garlic then chop up onions until there squares then get a pot and put the garlic and onions in then chop up celery carrots and zucchini into squares then put that in to the pot then add the meat into the pot then let it cook for 10min then add tomato paste and a combination of herbs example oregano, basil, parsley. Then let that cook for 2 hours check and test every 15 minutes then when ready get your pasta and cook that in boiling water for 10 minutes And then drain it. Whala best recipe ever Please try this it is very yum 😋

I will teach you how to prepare Bolognese sauce in 8 steps: 1 chop the onion, carrots and celery. 2 put the oil in a saucepan, let it heat for a few seconds. 3 add the onion, celery and carrot 4 leave the onion "brown" (ie let it take color) briefly. 5 then add the minced meat and cook it. 6 add a glass of red wine (which is used to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan, it is used to give more flavor to the minced meat and evaporate all the smells) 7 once the wine has been added, add the tomato sauce + concentrate and cook. 8 finally add the salt. (this is the simple version)

As a Bolognese I would say it looks pretty good! The only thing that could be done better is the meat cooking, it should be cooked all along the 4 hours with the sauce

From an italian. New york city italian to be specific. Breadcrumbs on pasta is a sicilan thing. Not really done in other parts. As far as putting cheese on your pasta. You can't put cheese on your pasta if there is fish in it.
A real Bolognese is here: First fry off pancetta in it’s own fat until crispy before then adding butter to gently sweat the onion, celery and carrots in equal quantities. Let the vegetables sweat to release their water content and bring out their natural sweetness. Add the beef (preferably skirt) and fry until the it’s water content has evaporated. Deglaze the pan with white wine to remove the caramelised bits of meat and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Ensure most of the alcohol has evaporated. Add the milk, let it reduce by about two thirds to which you add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste and then stock. Let the sauce simmer for 8 hours, 4 hours minimum and season with salt and pepper. Ohh and serve with tagliatelle not spaghetti.

You should do a like a world tour series where you try to find a national restaurant near you, and go there and try the food from that country. Like, take a list of countries and do it alphabetically, like maybe one or two videos a week. First ones on the list is Afghanistan so I suppose you try to find Afghani food. YO QUANG I'm from BOLOGNA (the italian city where this recipe is from) and although this isn't like the original recipe, it still looks pretty good and surely is. If you want to try the real recipe you should look up some italian videos about it (just type "ricetta pasta al ragu bolognese" ). The real recipe is way longer and heavier to digest because you should make the "soffritto" which is olive oil, onions, carrots as a base, than you add grounded beef and when it's cooked you add the tomato sauce (and white whine!!!). All of this happens in ONE big pot, just like the one you used for the tomato sauce. LOVE FROM ITALY
