it is the same type of fire truck that the Chernobyl fire brigade and Pripiet fire station had at the time lots of zil fire trucks can still be seen all over Russia and Ukraine and Poland too

Even in Russia where they try to get rid of them, you can still see them in the regions today and I even saw one in Nizhny Novgorod in 2019 stationed at Station 19, responding to an apartment fire. I didn't manage to get a picture of it, too fast for my camera...
