    Sunday Sooriyan Raagi, Monday Moon Thattapayir, Tuesday Sevvaai Thuvarai, Wednesday Budhan Pasipayir, Thursday Guru Sundal (black), Friday Sukran Mochai (Avarai), Saturday Sani Ellu- Rahu Ulundhu- Kethu Kollu.! Rice is man made and not navadhaniyam. Note: Sunday Raagi, raagi has copper in it. Rice and wheat in navadhaniyam is fake news.

      Ragi siru dhaniyam. Rice is the biggest carbs source. It is the main for our metabolism.
