    My Father in Law bought a 1957 F100 today…we were flipping around on RUclips because I was trying to give him ideas of things he could do to upgrade his new truck and we came across your video. Turns out THIS is the exact truck he bought today. This was the second video we watched, I didn’t believe him but sure enough, same exact truck! Same beer bottle on the radiator and all. He’s excited about his beautiful new truck! Thank you for the work you’ve done!

    Coolest trucks for sure. The single headlamp 57 looks much better than the dual lamp years. I had a black one in high school back in 1981 my sophomore year. It was a stepside with rust holes everywhere. I worked part time at an auto parts store then and built a Chrysler 383 with a 4 speed for the truck. That thing would smoke the tires down stomping the gas in 2nd gear. Could not get that thing to hook up at all. Threw bags of sand and concrete in the bed and it didn’t help. I miss that truck! Thanks for posting.

    7 years ago, a friend asked me if I wanted a old truck to work on? Went and look at it. 4 flat tires, no battery, park in front of the garage that collapsed...ask the lady there what she wanted for it? She said i gave it away 10 years ago, but the guy never picked it because it had 4 flat tires,
    She said it's free! But you got to get it out of here in 30 min because iam is going shopping. My buddy took off and went to get the car carrier, and a battery, I pulled the sparks plugs out, when he showed up, threw a battery in it, put it in reverse, hit the key, and back it out.then place it in granny low, then walk it up on the ramps into the trailer.....1960 F100 4x4... 292 ..100% Original state side 8' bed ...had it running 3 days latter, 2 years latter came across another one buried in black berry briar, canablized it on the spot, for $100.00 off of this ranch.I have a spare tail gate in pristean condition that has large FORD stamp letters on it 1960 short bed if you know of anybody interested?

    Hello, I have a 57 f100 big window that was a 6 cylinder car and I am having a hard time finding a v8 grille emblem. They seem to be different from the 56 Ford trucks to the 57 Ford trucks

    • @HyndzyteEngineering
      @HyndzyteEngineering  2 года назад +1

      Yes I believe they are. 57 is a one off year, with many differences from the 56 and 58. If I come across a V8 grille emblem, I'll let you know. Thanks for watching!

      Thank you. It's a factory style front bumper for a 57 thru 60 F Series. I bought it at LMC Truck and shaved it up a little to get rid of the bolt holes and make it fit tighter to the body. Theres more to come on the truck and our other projects at Hyndzyte so subscribe if you haven't already.

      Of the 57-60, the 57 is my favorite because of the grill and hood. I'm a fan of the 67-72. I have a short bed 67. I'm becoming a fan of the 73-79. Currently looking for an ext cab short bed 2wd 73-79.
