The 49ers had some real salary cap questions after having to pay Brock. A lot of the players made that decision easier for them. Ward is gone, Hufunga is gone, Deebo is gone, Campbell and Bell should’ve been cut, McKivitz is gone. Time to build this thing around Brock.
I'm hopeful that Kyle starts giving Brock more control of the offense and the ability to audible. I think it would go a long way to help their redzone issues.

There's nothing wrong with the 49ers offense overall (red zone, yes). Funny how people see things in hindsight. Everything was fine and Tom Brady was praising Purdy on the telecast. He gets a pass tipped by a defensive lineman and intercepted. That can happen to anybody. Next drive, they WALKED DOWN THE FIELD with ease to the 13 yard line. Penalty and a sack and they end up with 4th & 23 and no kicker. If ANY KICKER was in, that's 3 points. Next drive, they WALK DOWN THE FIELD with ease to the 12 yard line. Mason fumbles. The final interception was a great defensive play getting a free man on the blitz. Let's not act like they were stopping Purdy or the 49ers AT ALL. That's ridiculous. Normally you can expect the 2nd team defense to hold up. He said that if they miss a few key plays in the area's where you have backups, that's fine, but not getting scored on on almost every drive.

If they had everyone healthy it would be a pretty good unit. You can't get elite offensive linemen unless you either play badly and get a top pick, Or #2 you trade your future away with multiple 1st rounders so you can get one high pick. In which case that player had better be a Walter Jones clone to justify it. The only high picks Seattle has gotten in the last 15 years were the ones we got in the Russell Wilson trade. We got Cross with one of them.

The line is bad but I think it’ll get better in time. Taking a look at the offseason, they drafted a good guard at a steal in the 3rd round, picked up a highly ranked center who we need to give time cause he’s only been back for 3 games now since last years injury, and did the right thing by getting George Fant at right tackle while Abe Lucas was still going to be out. Unfortunately George got hurt in the first quarter of week one which is extremely unlucky! And we still have an all Pro caliber left tackle in Charles Cross. Only major weak link is linkin Tomlinson which they’ll address eventually.

Both teams look like pretenders right now. As for my 9ers, the defense was decent this time, but the offense fell apart. Kyle abandoned the run game in the second half, our red zone offense is crap, Purdy is playing hero ball, Purdy’s decision making in the second half was awful, and Kyle’s play calling is playing not to lose rather than to win. The defense did okay though, there were many plays where Purdy had all day to throw or he scrambled and just didn’t get it done. On the plus side, BA finally started to look better. But now with extra injuries, poor play calling, stagnant and predictable offense, and spotty defense, we are not beating the Chiefs. We are not a championship caliber team right now.
Watching the Seahawks offense is like eating soup with a fork. Or putting premium gas in a car without spark plugs. Got all the wrs. RBs. Tight ends. And qb. But can’t get 1.5 seconds of protection…… and they can’t move anybody off the line. Absolutely sick🤢

If they had everyone healthy it would be a pretty good unit. You can't get elite offensive linemen unless you either play badly and get a top pick, Or #2 you trade your future away with multiple 1st rounders so you can get one high pick. In which case that player had better be a Walter Jones clone to justify it.
The only high picks Seattle has gotten in the last 15 years were the ones we got in the Russell Wilson trade. We got Cross with one of them.

Still Hawk's O-line is at the bottom of the NFL year after year which means most other teams do better, not just the worst in previous seasons. No excuses for this ongoing glaring issue. No dominant line, no run, no time, fewer completions.
The line is bad but I think it’ll get better in time. Taking a look at the offseason, they drafted a good guard at a steal in the 3rd round, picked up a highly ranked center who we need to give time cause he’s only been back for 3 games now since last years injury, and did the right thing by getting George Fant at right tackle while Abe Lucas was still going to be out. Unfortunately George got hurt in the first quarter of week one which is extremely unlucky! And we still have an all Pro caliber left tackle in Charles Cross. Only major weak link is linkin Tomlinson which they’ll address eventually.
Just give Lamar his praise and the 3rd MVP un the making already.

How do you think about it? Will Seahawks be one of the top D in the league and PlayOff team and even become a Super Bowl contender? I think the scheme is working on both O and D. OL is causing the problem not giving Geno enough time to through his great one, D is not executing the tackle they need.
We want the though D like the legion of boom had. No run available, tons of sacks, if you challenge me, "U mad Bro?" I think the 24 Hawks can do it.
Both teams look like pretenders right now. As for my 9ers, the defense was decent this time, but the offense fell apart. Kyle abandoned the run game in the second half, our red zone offense is crap, Purdy is playing hero ball, Purdy’s decision making in the second half was awful, and Kyle’s play calling is playing not to lose rather than to win. The defense did okay though, there were many plays where Purdy had all day to throw or he scrambled and just didn’t get it done. On the plus side, BA finally started to look better. But now with extra injuries, poor play calling, stagnant and predictable offense, and spotty defense, we are not beating the Chiefs. We are not a championship caliber team right now.

Why wasn't that blocked field goal a holding penalty against the Giants? They held 2 of our offensive linemen down so that guy could jump over the long snapper(that's a penalty). PURE BS!!!!!!! THAT CAN NOT BE A LEGAL PLAY. Dre Brown got called for defensive holding away from the ball. The Hawks certainly didn't deserve to win that game but that is still BS call.

As far as the 49ers go it was just way too many mistakes. The last loss they took i thought they would have gotten better after those mistakes but it haven’t. On offense some of the play calling is in question and I think coach shanny has to do something about it but also the players gotta execute also. The defensive side these RBs are just running up the tab on the defense it seems like they can’t stop anything anymore like the used to. In may opinion coaches and players accountability, just my opinion!🤷♂️
