Wonderful video Dr. Latham. I'm making the transition into going raw. I love how I feel, how I look, how I smell and how I am when I'm living the raw food lifestyle. The transition is hard bc of the routine and habbit of eating cooked and junk food, but I will have faith, dedication, and passion for the process.

Im cutting back alot, i do still eat some meat and cooked foods but im adding more raw veggies to my meals. I also started gardening last summer... your are so motivating big brother... i just wish I stayed where we didnt have winter so i could garden year round...

At the time I live in STL. I gave a pretty big organic gardening’s, 9 peach trees, 2 pear trees and a apple tree. I’m about to get a few fig trees. I grow my own herbs and greens, watermelons, tomatoes,lettuces. I’ll try to brown anything. I’m think I’m on the right track.

Does he know that almonds in the USA are now required to be heated and even after being heated they can still legally claim they are raw?The only way around it is tobuy them directly from a small farm or import them from another country.
Yes Lisa, I do know. I lived in California when the law was passed. I started buying directly from the growers in 50 pound lots at the Sant Monica Farmers Market back then. The almonds that I use now in Latin America are imported from Spain.
@@ArisLaTham What bothers me about that law the most is allowing them to falsely label heated almonds as being raw.That is very misleading.I dont understand how it can be legal. I think the law should be overturned. We should still be allowed to purchase raw almonds.
