- Check out the all new Grand Theft Auto Online trailer for the upcoming expansion called The Contract which is coming December 15th. This update brings the launch of the "GTA Online Story" featuring characters from GTA V as well as Dr. Dre.

Franklin was such a good character, absolutely love him. So happy to see he's successful after Story.
Trevor is too. From lines Ron had in Smuggler’s Run he’s now a motivational speaker doing the tour circuit around the country.

Franklin always had the smarts to tap into money making markets, he just needed to get away from the 9-5 and the 'hood, as it kept him down
He was a skilled driver, natural born leader and loyal (based on deathwish, though a sense of loyalty was also shown in the other endings). Meeting Michael was his chance and a life he deserves, and he got it.
And to touch up on loyalty, he still hangs around Lamar and has given him an ambition to become his own entrepreneur

@@skycopper1336 big gta nerd here, according to the mission "I Fought The Law" Michael suggests Franklin to steal cars as a "job", as it is more fitting to him to do that since he already repo'ed vehicles
I love it when the announcement and release date are this close together. The sad thing is those rumours of Dre working on music for a new GTA game were obviously for this and not GTA 6.
They have a working relationship. He could easily come back and make more content for GTA 6. That game is still years away.

0:14 The painting that reads “YOU OWN LOS SANTOS” is a callback to a painting Franklin had in his mansion that read “LOS SANTOS OWNS YOU” good detail and reference.
I’m really happy that Franklin left his gang life behind him and moved onto being a business magnate. A proper step up from robbing banks.

After the release of the Contract DLC there has been some developments.
Right now if you go to Franklin's house you will notice some changes. You will find a Red car parked out front with Tanisha's name on the license plate.
There is a plaque near the front door that says "The Clintons" and in the back you will find children's toys.
This clearly indicates that at some point between the campaign and the contract DLC Tanisha may have finally see the brain surgeon for who he was, broke things off with him, and married Franklin. I doubt any of the children are biologically the brain surgeon's considering the toys found in the back appear to be for toddlers. They would be too old for such toys if they were biologically the brain surgeon's children.
Feel free to go to Franklins house to see for yourselves, its all there.

I think a DLC about Michael being a successful movie director/producer and we play as actors would be fire. I believe he left his crime life after the ending so I wouldn't expect anything crime related

Red Dead Online was never worth it. They botched it from the start, which is a shame, since RDR2 is one of the best singleplayer experiences I've ever played, but the online is just not worth it. GTA Online is even worse with it's practices and problems, but Rockstar keeps investing in it so they can keep milking it to no end.
Not gonna lie, nothing can bring me back to download this game again.

They cleared the air some (thanks to Shawn Fonteno) and now, as I understand it, things aren't quite so bitter between them anymore (it's mostly that a lot of the same folks who knew/respected YM and all the work he did for them in the past aren't at R* anymore).
