That’s true. I know what I say ;)
@@SlenterendeBeer all your stuff is amazing with the volcas is the fm that difficult from the rest? Not sure if I want to get the bass or fm? Then I'll have 4! Volcas are amazing!
Yes!!!
@@teatime2595 the fm is awesome as is the bass but I think the bass is 303 copy.
I love this, Play the long 1 hours as relaxation music.
Yeah! The funky electro beat with that bass line. Dig it
That was exactly what i had in my mind... really dig the bassline.
Super chill mannen, lig op mijn strandstoel in Turkije en dan deze kabbelende klanken die mijn hersens masseren met heerlijke frequenties!! Thnx voor de muziek!😊
Mart Arch : Ahh bedankt voor het delen!! Klinkt inderdaad super chill. :)
Great performance!
Been cycling through y'alls clips over and over again during the last few years. Still can't find anything like it, so amazing.
Building up with ease and originality. Always a great to listen.
Ludwig Kopp : Thanks for listening, it means a lot to have such a loyal fan!! ❤️

Thanks for the head-bob, fellas. I needed that. Excellent job.
Alexander Gillette : Haha, thanks man!! :)
Love this set so much. Thanks for making my morning a great one!
Tyler Jennings : Thanks Tyler, we appreciate the kind words!!
love these jams, some of the volumes are all over the place, though.
So, you've been behind the desk during a live performance yeah?
Sadly, irrespective of the huge amount of time that's been invested in getting to that level of performing confidence... It's not as controlled as a studio environment.
There's so, so many variables - from environment to limitations as to where everyone can stand in relationship to the monitor speakers...
It's a headache.
So, I think a few volume jumps is to be expected.
@@parasiteunit makes perfect sense.
Impressive! Loving it! 👍👍👍
SyncdAlien : Thanks man!! :)
watched this after the live show last night when I came home, couldn't get enough, thanks for a great evening last night, loved it to talk to you guys, hope to see some of it, stream or pictures or so
Wim Wijnhoven : Thanks Wim!! It was great to meet you as well, especially since you’re one of our long-time fans. We’ll be working on editing the recorded footage in the coming weeks, so stay tuned. :)
I love what you guys do!
medqua : Thank you!! :)
WOW. I loved my Volca sample but traded it for a delay pedal. I had NO IDEA how vastly you could expand the Sample with a Beatstep. This rules!
My favorite set of yours yet. Inspiring stuff.
esto es oro purooooo lo amo
Nice set guys
Aaron Doucette : Thanks Aaron!! :)
Wanneer beginnen jullie weer?

@@SlenterendeBeer bigsky now on my wishlist :)
erg fijn gedaan!
Emily Banks : Dank je!! :)
fantastic!
tof mannen!
Kev Black : Dank je! :)
Jesus...how rare is that?
I know its impossible to do it all myself.
Maybe we need more collaboration.
punk rock with computers : Yeah, playing together is so much fun. And we’re just taking it step by step. :)
Great guys! The composition is based on "Agent Orange" of the Depeche Mode group, am I guessing? :)
The Dutch Tycho!
Haha, thanks Lucas!!
Is this all just being recorded straight into the mixer onto a daw? Or is it being processed by the daw.... I mean, is this all just raw hardware? Like the FX and sequencing are coming from pedals and the arturia synth?
Both these Arturias are just sequencers, so yeah, pedals only.
9:20 ❤️
Hi there I have been following your channel with great interest you have a very interesting set up I have some similar gear. I was hoping you could tell me how to adjust the voltage out on the key step so I can use it with volcas and minilogue etc. Any help would be thoroughly appreciated as my local music store doesn't know and I want to buy one but I need to know how to do this. Thank you kindly Heath
Heath Wiseman : Hi! I am not sure what you mean - the Keystep controls the Volcas using MIDI, there is no need to change the voltage or anything. Why do you think you need to change something?
Sounds awesome!! Have you ever thought of using a larger midi keyboard to increase your range?
Elyas Stephens : Thanks!! Yeah, definitely considered it. It never felt really necessary since the Volcas only have 3-note polyphony, and it’s easy to switch octaves on the Keystep. But it’s definitely something that will happen in the future. :)
👍👍👍👏👏👏
How much does something like this cost in total?
I know you can open the beatstep pro and turn it down internally but I haven't heard anything about the key step. Thanks again
Do you guys know what those black bits in between the white keys do?
I really have no clue 😂
Hey guys, so I'm asking myself if its possible to pre cue and listen to stuff before sending it into the mixer? Any option to cue the stuff and play it just in my headphones and then send it into the mixer once I´m happy with the loop or sequence?
Well, not with the way we have set up things. I've never really researched this, so I can't recommend anything... Good luck!
TheSzyko when you plug your headphones and speaker into your headset you cold send single tracks to your headphones before you send it to the master out
Que modelo es el arturia controlador?
MIN 33--> REGGAETON!
moot point but this stuff is all portable too
Dazza Direct : Yep, most of it is! But if you put everything into one suitcase it’s quite heavy. ;)
I love you, guys. And you know what is most important? Your sound. I can not listen to modern electronics. This transparent vst sound that cuts my ears like a razor. Your sound is real electronics - that's the main thing.
I like your format, but think about writing tracks. I think you are ready to make thoughtful record. Not EP or Single. Album, as it should be.
p.s 42:50 thats what im tolking about.
Mountech : Thank you so much for the kind words!! I agree it’s time for an album. However, writing music is so different from just playing & improvising. :)
