- Happy Tasty Tuesday, friends! I'm so happy to be back making cooking videos! I wanted to re-make this Funnel Cake recipe that I did on my channel soooo long ago -- I honestly think it's better than the Funnel Cakes you can get at the Carnival! Let me know what you think, enjoy!

2 eggs
1.5 cups milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups vegetable oil
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Strawberry Sauce:
1 lb strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp corn starch
