Every once in a while, a brand comes along with a release that you remember why you enjoyed makeup. Isamaya is doing that for me. Danessa Myricks and Pat McGrath have done that many times as well. I can’t wait to get my palette. Also, loved the goodbye.
I totally agree with you about that! There are so many releases and they are not all special! I hope you enjoy your palette! And that August is a trip!!
Thank you for taking one for the team and doing the eye swatches. I did get the palette and I agree that I would use it as a companion palette for some two and done looks (a matte in the crease and one of the Ismaya shades on the lid). The eye swatches really helped me see the colors and I LOVED them!

LOL that quick intermission. 😂 Girl I feel you. I just recently got this palette and I totally agree with everything you’ve said. It isn’t beginner friendly BUT it’s fun for people wanting to experiment. I just love the textures and Isamaya’s vision

The fete noir byredo palette with multiple black textures brings joy and creative play it seems like this palette is the same.

You are a hero for doing lid swatches! I love the theme and the color story of this palette but I really dislike the packaging. It is not at all my vibe...plus she doesn't seem to be interested in the European market so I guess no need to think too hard.
if it helps at all, apparently it's easy to remove the cover. but i understand the frustration about shipping.
I agree with you, Mariam! I feel so inspired by the colour story, I would buy this palette in a heartbeat (I would even pretend I’m not bothered by the packaging)…. But what a disappointment her brand doesn’t ship to 🇪🇺 countries
i'm so happy i watched your review! it's the last i could find on this collection haha but the eyelid swatches were so great. i'd like to get the palette to try the formulas. i think the collection as a whole is an experience but the shadows, especially Sweat, are beautiful. i think it could pair well with some unearthly mattes too :)

Hi Cara I love this forest woodland color theme, however the price.. Nope , not even for all the different textures.
I know it's a Luxury brand .. but still not worth it.. in my opinion.
I would have suggested to use all three ways of eye primer.. it would have been nice to do a segment on these using colors primers to get the effect of how there going to work.. of course on your arm 🤣🤣🤣🥰👍.

It is really pricey I totally agree! I’ll be honest, felt a bit inexperienced with this palette so I need to come back and try the shadows different ways!

I am interested in her products I own almost all the Byredo pallets so I don't feel too much pressure to rush and buy! Isamaya started her RUclips channel at the launch of the product release. So trust me she will have a million subbies soon. Love the info and closeup swatches, shots I can almost touch it!

The blue black definitely looked bluish and sparkly on me. I loved it. I wore the two blacks, one on each eye, and the saw difference but it was subtle. It’s a beautiful palette.

i was wondering that as well! i'd love to play with the textures of these palettes but there are definitely other palettes that share the color story. Hautemess Tom did a dupe video too.

I really appreciate the eye swatches... when I saw just the arm ones, I was like "nah, I don't need this" and then I saw them on the eyes, and wow!!! These are stunning! Will definitely stay on my wishlist until I can afford them or they go on sale somewhere....
Also, I was wondering how they perform now, after a few months of use...
Did you see the new industrial palette she is releasing? I have to be honest, I ended up selling the palette because it kept getting hard pan. I’m not sure what was going on. I had to keep taking tape to it to get the initial layer off.
The putty shades held up fine but hopefully I’d you got this one you were able to on sale.
Oh no, I'm sorry to learn about the hard panning! But it's good to know... I ended not getting it yet, am not so sure I will anymore... But I did see the new one, and it does look sooo pretty lol Still too expensive for me at the moment, but I will be thinking about these as long as they're available...

Thanks for the swatches.I have the Industrial palette and really love it! Enjoying all the different formulas. I was able to do some easy grungy smokey eye looks.I really like the putty shades. Can't wait to wear it during the holidays!! Nice review!

Hey Cara; I was excited to see this video come up in my feed as I was really interested in seeing what this palette was like; it's not in my budget, but from a makeup lover's point of view I am super curious. I was wondering if it was going to be a disappointment like the Byredo palette which it reminds me of, but man oh man, it did not disappoint! The shades really have a special quality to them that I can't describe. The colors are not ones that I would wear but they are stunning to look at. Thanks for sharing!
I think this palette is really different from many others that I own! Honestly I feel so inexperienced using it but that causes me to try new things. I’m looking forward to learning more about Isamaya herself! She is really interesting and so talented!!!
