I'll never forget watching this with a tinder date; Jurassic Park was my fave childhood movie, so I was excited telling him that this T-Rex is the same as in the first movie. He looked at me like I was stupid and went "... you DO know it's not real right?". Bruh, he didn't get a 2nd date.

Doctor Wu is from the first movie. He's the lead scientist that created the dinosaurs for the first park. He's the top geneticist in the series
A LOT of people happy-cried in the cinema when the music swelled and the park came into view. Perfected, functioning, the way Hammond wanted but couldn't have achieved.
And THEN InGen had to screw it all up by making the Indominus (while it was commissioned by Masrani, though I don't blame him too much), giving her unstable geneology, and treating her unethically, leading to Hammond's dream to be shattered a SECOND time!😞 (Sorry if I sound too aggressive, but they should have listened to Malcolm)

Love these movies, mainly due to my love for dinosaurs and i loved the land before time movies too. Sara is a triceratops or three horns as they called it in Land b4 time lol. Blue💙 is just the best Raptor/Dinosaur, love her and Rexy, since she is a close second (the original T-Rex from Jurassic Park). Always hate that Blue has to be alone now though, as a pack & social dinosaur, without her sisters or human father it such a shame.
Hoskins team helped catch the dinosaurs that escaped at the end of JP3 so when Masrani heard about it he made Hoskins InGen's head of security. That's why he was so interested in the raptors

I was so pleasantly surprised with this movie when I first saw it
Jurassic Park has a special place in my heart from my childhood so I was hating lol but I love this movie! I love the whole concept of the raptors and their story, the idea that all the real animals (well real but ya know lol) went against the hybrid together, and all the cast was awesome. The same epic soundtrack and inspiring pan shots of the park.

@@Don-fw3nv I loved Jurassic World, but I can't take the Jurassic Park Franchise seriously in the first place, when every carnivore acts like it needs to kill everything in site, and is always roaring like why would a trex be roaring at a little monkey running from it?? Every herbivore is just lamb to the slaughter.

Directly following this movie an animated series takes place. It's on Netflix called Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous and It's a great show as well. You also learn more about the park and the dinosaurs in it
I just realized when she said "theres a boat"..they were able to get the staff off the island before the civilians/guest claiming no fairies were near the island/boats and they had wait🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

Little Foot - brontosaurus but there's none of them in Jurassic Park or World, only brachiosaurus which is a long neck with the nose atop the head and cone shaped teeth for being omnivorous like us not just herbivorous like Little Foot. Kinda a cousin.
Ducky- saurolophus the ones with the horns
Spike- stegosaurus and will have spikes on his tail when he gets older

I need to watch this movie again. Got burned out on it when it and the next one had just come out because my youngest was OBSESSED with them, all things dinosaur, Blue, all of it. She was 2 when Fallen Kingdom came out, and that one was on a loop in the house while this one was on a loop in the car. Forget Moana, she wanted Blue! And no, she never had nightmares. She lives for scary stuff, still does at age 6.
Also when you get to Jurassic world Dominion I suggest reacting to the extended/Director's cut of it on DVD which releases on the 16th of August.
The scene where the pterodactyls attack the helicopter was part of the original ending of the second movie but it was not used because Stephen wanted to see the dinos on the mainland so it was scrapped.
As was the motorcycle with the velociraptors.

When you watch Jurassic World Dominion. Make sure to watch the extended cut as that was suppose to be what was released. Studio wanted the movie under 2h30m

Also, how does a T-Rex almost catch a Jeep speeding down the road, but can’t catch Claire running in heels? That was a big WTF when this movie came out
I think they explained it away with 'Decades older and half-asleep, after twenty years being fed without having to pursue anything'. Which...I guess isn't the worst explanation honestly.
Women who wear heels have a hard time switching shoes due to how their feet shape and mold to fit heels after years of wearing them. As for Rexy; predators are known to toy with their prey but I'm pretty sure Rexy was focused on the flare instead of Claire. She was following not hunting.

I mean, people say it's unrealistic that she could run in those heels but, obviously _someone_ did run in those heels because there's the shot of her feet as she's running from the tyrannosaurus. Whether that was actually her or a stunt double I don't know, but clearly it is possible for someone to run in heels because it's literally on the screen

I would suggest to watch the Aliens movies with Sigourney Weaver, AVP, ALL RESIDENT EVIL MOVIES. I do believe you will enjoy them all. Especially all Hannibal movies with Anthony Hopkins. Start with Silence of the Lambs, then Hannibal, Red Dragon, and finally, Hannibal Rising. My favorite. Do not underestimate these movies. They will blow your mind. I hope you enjoyed all jurassic park movies of the movies. enjoy!!

I loved this reaction, I have to admit when I first watched this one, it was really good. I couldn't believe where they went with it. It's amazing. But I must admit I also loved when doing this film on the side-not they did Camp cretaceous. It left so many easier eggs and gems for the movies to use later on, It was one hell of a good side film. I do hope someone one day uploads those as well.

IMO: 1. OG still the best Jurassic Park 2. Jurassic World 3. Jurassic Park 3 4. Jurrasic World Dominion 5. The Lost World : Jurassic Park 6. Jurassic World : Fallen Kingdom.
This was definitely my favorite of all 5 movies.. but honestly wasn't a fan of the next one Fallen kingdom. The one after that, the most recent wasn't that bad, but ok.

These, movies were a game changer for me as a kid, and in my much later years. It's very good visually (story wise, I'm getting used to them cause I can't have tunnel vision, with high Expectations, I have to come in with clean slate and try not compare them) I'll give a B+ for, the newer ones, and no I will not spoil things. But I'll give a hint, if you ask for something that's a little over your head #MajorReacts
before you react to fallen kingdom I recommend you should react to Jurassic world camp cretaceous it's really good and it connects to the movie's timeline also Fun fact: the indominus rex in the movies timeline is technically not the actual first hybrid the first was called Scorpius rex and it was too aggressive and unpredictable.
Thank you, I feel people sleep on the fact, Jurassic World being that incredible, let alone prolly the 2nd best movie in the series in my opinion. Like it's no OG Jurassic Park, but seeing this movie in theatres almost recaptures the magic from JP1. Yes, using dinos as weapons is a very stupid plot point, but the I-Rex itself makes up as it's the most threatening big bad dino in the series. Not to mention that the final battle will always be the best in the series, just two classic dinos, a T-rex and a Raptor vs a hybrid of the two. The old gal Rexy from the first movie teaming up with Blue to tag team on the I-Rex's b*tch ass. Give me goosebumps every time, such an amazing movie

My odd moment: Claire is several feet away from T-Rex with a flare and started running. T-Rex is slow compared to it in the first Jurassic Park with it almost catching a jeep.
This movie was good but I would not bother with either of the next 2. I didn’t like them all that much. They are the weakest in the series

These Jurassic Worlds reboot movies are the most soulless crap that i've ever seen to be honest. Awful story telling with characters you can't even start to care about even the kids are annoying and creepy especially the older one. Explosions and dinosaurs dinosaurs and explosions oh joy. You know how many explosions were in the original Jurassic Park? Yeah not even one because they didn't need them but these movies make money like most shitty franchises do now how else do you explain something like the Fast & Furious franchise. Every one of these Jurassic World movies keeps getting worse reviews and yet they keep making over a billion dollars. People just have no standards now and are easily entertained.
1. I'll give u that one for maybe the 2 and the 3 but for me the first one was on point.

The big white dinosaur is NOT a Tyrannosaurus. It is called Indominus Rex, and is a hybrid and female. Heck, her name and gender were addressed earlier in the movie. Have you not been paying attention? Learn their names, dude!
This movie had a lot of great ideas and laid out good ideas for better sequels but there was a lot of flaws in the actual writing and the way the story was directed in some parts otherwise great premise fun movie
