I just finished it, here was my loadout: Mech: Falcon Pilot: Scrapper Mech: Armor Plating, Field Repair, Overdrive, Magnet Melee: Cryo Charge, High Caliber, Heat Sink Cannister Shot: Explosive Ammo, Incendiary Charge, Heat Sink Auto Turret: Explosive Ammo, Incendiary Charge, High Caliber Twin Vulcan: Explosive Ammo, Arc Charge, Auto Loader Rocket Pod: Incendiary Charge, Heat Sink, Auto Loader ...but I think the optimal build would be: Mech: Raider, Pilot: Scrapper Mech Upgrades: Armor Plating, Field Repair, Overdrive, Energy Shielding Weapon Upgrades: Incendiary Charge, Armor Piercing, Heat Sink on every single weapon Weapons: Cannister Shot, Chemical Thrower, and the last 2 don't matter. Thoughts?
Okay, I just did Lunar 3 Turbo with my optimal build almost exactly, except Melee was Warhead, Heat Sink, Cryo Charge. It's amazing, nothing gets close to you without being frozen by your melee attack.
