Toward the end of World War II, my mother decided to flee to Germany where her parents were living. Though I was only three years old, I can still remember this time of fear and hunger. Along the way the train stopped occasionally to get supplies. One night, during one of these stops, my mother hurried out of the train to search for some food for her four children. I know with certainty, her faith overcame her fear, and her hope overcame her despair.

Thank you for this message. Our 3rd old daughter once wandered away while at a friend's house. We started running and searching but the first thing we did was to pray. A friendly neighbor had her because she saw her out by herself. Such relief!
I can't even imagine how his mother felt during that time. As a relatively new father, just thinking about how I might feel if my kids' train vanished makes me sick inside. This is a very inspiring story.

I love this story but it made me cry the first time.
I stumbled on this little treasure today for the first time! One of my daughters wanted me to watch it. As a mother of four..... this message went straight to my heart. How inspiring! Prayer provides such direction in any situation. Our Heavenly Father loves us so much.

I really can not tell you what a Mormon is but i can tell you this we are all children of god and if you are ever scared or in need pray he is there, speak, he is lisening you are his child his love now sourounds you! I am A MORMON!

captures emotional stress of a parent traveling alone with her children poignantly. Made me feel very happy for her when she found the train with her kids on it!!
The most beautiful thing about this is that after she prays, she still doesn't see the train. She takes off running with hope regardless of what she does or does not see. Only by doing that does she then get to a point she can view the correct train where her soul is.

I have lived similar situations, never this harrowing, but always with the same result. Prayer brings help, and peace.
I hope that the story of his family going across the border is being created to share in a way such as this one. The moment when he and his mother were eating lunch and realized that they had not yet crossed over is amazing...and his siblings hopping off the train...wow.. too much. Such faith. Love this family.

Heart touching story I was thinking will she find her children, my heart was beating how by her prayer she knelt down and prayed God hears our prayers in our difficult moments God is always there in our hearts.

When I just watched it, I didn't want to click on it at first. But, this is because it has ALWAYS made me cry.
My mother sacrificed so much for her family over the years and I'm grateful for her this Mothers Day. My mom actually had to be away from her husband and four kids in Mexico to wait for her papers. We prayed for her to return soon, even when it turned into nearly a year and a half. I thank my Heavenly Father to come back right before Mothers Day and for the inspiring videos like these she sent to us over the phone. I'm so happy I'm in this church, I'd be so lost without it's words of hope.......

this video made me cry I just came from donating blood for a friend daughter suffering from rear blood sickness and the mom just ask me if I believe in anointing oil I had on me and took time to teach her about the mighty priesthood and gave her daughter a blessing and saw wonderful love and faith this mom demonstated not being of my religious faith.
Mothers are very strong Woman and we need our mothers in our life and just like this i need my mother as much as anyone Else without her i would be nothing!

this video was not about the music, it was about the mother's faith and her love for her children. and that is how she was able to find the train that held her children. so please stop askin bout the music

I chose this for my baptism back in 2015 I'm 13 now years go fast
