I know I'm 4 years late but it just feels like lots of people don't know about God Eater and are probably hating on the people who sent a cease and desist. It is a good game but again, Bandai has to take some action because the logo and the name being used are copyright protected. We have laws we have to abide especially for things like copyrights. That's why (I guess most or all) songs used in Geometry Dash is free to use.
