A small correction mam, as when putting the rasamali to get cooked in sugar syrup water, you need to close the lid of the vessel , so as the rasamali rounds will double up in size, yesterday I tried as same as your procedure, but the rasamali didn't get soft and cooked for first set, and tried second set by closing the lid for 2 min, it came good as doubled the size. Very soft too. Just to your note I wrote this comment.
Hi mam ur show was awesome.... I made lot of dishes myself including pulavs biriyani... Everything came as expected and enjoyed well.. can you please make videos on how to make sugar free sweets and Icecreams... That would be helpful for diabetic patients...
