Thanks as always for a good honest review. I got mine delivered last Saturday and boy am I impressed. What value for £. Just as said well made and accurate. Have a great weekend SIR and everyone 🎯🇬🇧👍🏼
Had my Lyra K for about 2 months now … and it’s fantastic .. I would recommend when removing the cartridge take the tension off with the lever… it just helps it come out easier.. 50/60 yards target no issues.. shoots straight & true.. And a silencer is a must !!! Lives alongside my Pretensis Reximex 10/10
Well done, Andy. Reximex has become one of my favourite brands. Accuracy and choice are two key features of the brand and at budget prices. Kevin sounds like a good name for this model. I think the stock makes this one a marmite rifle for some, but a great starter package without a doubt.
Pros well finished, nice direct trigger can be adjusted very light, quality cocking lever action, mags work great, accurate when barrels cleaned and dialed in, total value for money, shoots great bench rest and off the shoulder, good do all rifle. Cons will need a moderator so will look a bit longer, resting hand kind of holds the hole in the stock where the gauge and filling port is some may not like this, single shot tray is still pants but swing out 3d printed ones are available from ebay and work well. Conclusion, my lyra and lyra k are both accurate but the lyra k is more versatile and ticks a few more boxes.....
Thank, Andy, for a great review. Accuracy very good for a budget gun and it seems to like QYS diabolos. Using Spatter-Burst targets always make groups seem bigger than they are, but if you show the back of the target it is easier see their actual size.
Great review as always Andy, I would love to get one especially at that price but apparently I have to many already 😂. Well done to Reximex for the great guns they are turning out.👍
Great review as always Andy. I've just bought one of these and as yet have not had chance to get to the range but I am certainly looking forward to doing so.
Considering the price of the Reximex Lyra, as well as build materials and accuracy when shooting, it must be one of the best PCP rifles when it comes to getting the most "bang for the buck" 😊
I dont know why people say the "K" stands for Carbine... yes its shorter and rifles with a "K" in the name are Carbine... the real origin of the "K" goes right back to the early Weihrauchs I believe!! and I'm just assuming that most gun manufacturers inherited this.. as the "K" actually stands for "Kurz" which is German for short! Hence the HW77k 😊 Still I maybe wrong about the inherited part but hey, this rifle has got me thinking about nipping out shopping 😂
Excellent package and nothing wrong with those results, I have the myth in 22 as a back up for pest control which I bought a couple of months ago and boy was I impressed. Reximex have come out with some really good pcp’s and it makes you think why should I spend more than double on higher end rifles when these do the job just as well doesn’t it?🤔
I have a Krall 500 pro. A very similar rifle in many respects. A very clunky hammer spring, but is very accurate. Thinking of entering it in the HFT recoil class. LOL. 😂
That's a nice package (oo-er Matron!). As a lifelong Kevin, I have been a Fruit Bat (Rowntrees), a Gerbil (Roland Rat's pal), a carrot (Aldi) and a Minion (my Grandson's favourite). Happy to now be an air rifle...it's certainly better looking than the one writing this.
I sure like your videos!! Best videos on describing the guns. Watch them all the time! I’m from Canada. I’m so impressed by your videos I tell everyone to watch. I made a winter shooting range in my shop to practice. I also have the real guns but the price of ammunition you can’t afford to shoot. This way we can still have fun practicing safe shooting. I subscribe so I don’t miss the next video. I bought a Max Michael replica gun amazing gun but I don’t think you can get them no more??? Can you do a video on that gun? It’s blow back with 410 feet per second I was amazed with a blow back gun. Shoots little high, but very accurate.I have my own videos on RUclips too Canadian Magnet Fishing, keeps me busy but I watch your videos for hrs! Lol! Keep up the great videos! I’ll be viewing till the end!
Not a bad looking kit. I'd definitely be looking this way if I was in the maket for a new toy. Thanks. Edit. Power is probably a bit too high for my liking. I like a good margin. 😊
Wait! Wut?! Sub £500?! For the whole kit!? The price is pretty damn effin good on that one!! I bet it woulda been over £500 just the rifle alone. Since, yea, prices gone insanely upwards these recent years - even on older, and possibly even less capable, or less quality items. If I'd been in rhe UK, I most probably woulda caught on that deal. I think that rifle even looks damn gooe. The accuracy for sure was there.
yeah uuuhm we don't shoot at barn doors. its the broad side of the barn. the wide part. not only that butt, if you lived in a barn would you leave the door open? let it sink in hehehe. love your reviews and the new shop is looking covitable...
Great review. I have the full length which is also very accurate. You appear to be operating the trigger with the first joint of your trigger finger. As a long time Rimfire target and airgun shooter I have always understood that you must use the pad of your trigger finger.
My RUclips feed has just stumbled on airguns of Alaska, he does a review of the Norica Omnia ZRS Fire. I think you'd be interested in looking at this break barrel rifle if it's available in the UK 👍🏼
@VictorKipps I agree, I have the Ixia, it's a terrific rifle, thought I'd got a bargain at £700 + suppressor and scope, over a grand, so £500 for that is a steal
Greetings from Reximex Factory!
🥰🥰🥰
Love your air rifles I own 2 of them. 😃
@@reximexarms yup, got an Ixia, terrific rifle
keep up the good work guys! absolute gigachads when it comes to value for money, I own a .177 myth and I'm lovin it
Are you going to produce a Reximex Pretensis K model?
Have 2 of your rifles. Terrific. Thank you.
No batteries, wires , screens , proper little gun , what else do you need, love it.
Trump as pres

I concur both my Lyra and Lyra K will shoot 5p groups at 40 m all day long with barracuda 8 thank to Vector Air great service and a nice cuppa
Had my Lyra K for about 2 months now … and it’s fantastic ..
I would recommend when removing the cartridge take the tension off with the lever… it just helps it come out easier..
50/60 yards target no issues.. shoots straight & true..

Reximex 10/10
'K' on rifles typically stands for 'Kurtz' which is German for 'short' i.e. the Mauser 98K.
'Klein' means small so fair-doos.
Kartofelln but I dont think it looks like a spud gun ?
Well done, Andy. Reximex has become one of my favourite brands. Accuracy and choice are two key features of the brand and at budget prices.
Kevin sounds like a good name for this model. I think the stock makes this one a marmite rifle for some, but a great starter package without a doubt.
Walnut stocks are my favorite, and my favorite finish is semi gloss. Walnut can be just beautiful.
Top work Andy. Great price point for that bit of kit
I own the Lyra and the zone and I love them both, excellent rifles never miss a beat are super accurate.
What an excellent rifle package. Extremely impressive results out of the box. I’d definitely buy one if I was starting out 😊
Pros well finished, nice direct trigger can be adjusted very light, quality cocking lever action, mags work great, accurate when barrels cleaned and dialed in, total value for money, shoots great bench rest and off the shoulder, good do all rifle. An excellent rifle, slightly reminiscent of the BSA R10, but at a much more competitive price. 👍
Exactly my thoughts!
Thank, Andy, for a great review. Accuracy very good for a budget gun and it seems to like QYS diabolos. Using Spatter-Burst targets always make groups seem bigger than they are, but if you show the back of the target it is easier see their actual size.
Thanks, again a great review ! A really good product, accuracy for a small price. Thanck you for your videos !
Great review and very nice rifle. There are rifle packages and there are Vector Air packages. Quality components for under 500??? unbelievable 👍
That seems very good value, and if they are all as accurate as that out of the box, its going to be a newcomer weapon of choice at HFT and FT comps!!
Very nice piece of kit great shooting as always unlucky with the last tee
Nice little gun, great kit for the money, defo on my list
Considering the price of the Reximex Lyra, as well as build materials and accuracy when shooting, it must be one of the best PCP rifles when it comes to getting the most "bang for the buck" 😊
that isn't a bad price for the whole kit and it's a very nice looking rifle
Good morning one and all .
That's a nice looking rifle I would consider buying one .
That's a nice bit of grouping at 40 Mt's.
Just orderd mine from vector cheers Andy
I love the Kevin! I want a good walnut stock more if I could work on it too. A rifle to add to my Christmas list and collection. 😊
A great price for all that kit cheers Andy
Gee, very good. I like it. I would like one !
That certainly put some 'big brands' to shame! That curvy stock somehow says Turkish all over it. Great review of a cracking gun.
Nice ending
Nice review, looks like a great buy. Accuracy is there and with a little trigger adjustment it would be even better.
very impressed with mine, now looking for a larger carbon bottle. Dave
Love one with the orange laminate stock like on the lyra and kral np02
Best one for a while looks good for money👍
Looks like an excellent package and an awesome price 👍
That's a blimming good box to find under the tree and no mistake.
I'd guess that the bottle is not a quick detach item?(yet)😅
Very competitive price indeed. Great review again.👍

Brilliant vid Andy!
Bargain!
This Kevin Lyra is all over You Tube at the moment, still, it's a nice looking Rifle, nice one Andy 👍
I want one that is amazing price I need to get to vector air. Take care.
I quite like that one andy...be a good small gamer for sure.

Would it be possible to fit a carbon fibre bottle?...say the best fittings one?
I have a reximex pretensis, very accurate rifle.
great review what pellets are you using
You no yisan
did i mentioned i need one of those units? hahaha, just lovely. hope we can get some non sub 12 over here in mexico.

Thank you for an excellent ad-hoc review, does the great cost include the price label-windicator too?
Got mine last week (my first rifle). Really enjoying it though my groups aren’t yet as good as Andy’s! Practice, practice.
Got mine this week. Haven't had chance to get to the range yet but looking forward to it.
pretty impressive

Nice set for not alot of money 😊
👍🏴😁✌️
Andy, buy the new desert eagle l6 4,5 mm, full auto in Norway too👍
impressive.....👍
Are Reximex going to do a Pretensis K model?🤔
Very Nice.
Is the stock ambidextrous? Can the cocking handle be changed to the other side? Is the gun regulated?
Not keen on the looks, but there is no arguing with that performance. As a full kit for under £500 that looks pretty much unbeatable!
Bargain of the century, if you ask me👍
Great review. I have the full length which is also very accurate. You appear to be operating the trigger with the first joint of your trigger finger. As a long time Rimfire target and airgun shooter I have always understood that you must use the pad of your trigger finger.
Certainly looks that way pal, but all he has to do is sell it for his family’s shop…. Good rifle though!
All said and done you could use your toes if it gets the job done 🤔
Again back in the 1980s that would have been a rifle to die for we are truly spoiled these days
Would have been great to see this in Freeman's catalogue on easy payments.
@@NathanEllisBodi hahaha or in the back of air gunner for £12 a month lol

BARGIN.
Looks a bit like a baby ATA Airborne😮
Still getting a hw77k
Leila K... Electric.. Opinion about PCP gun dryfiring? Yea or Nay.
Hello, sir, may I know the price, from Nagaland
Can't see why anyone would pay more for a sub 12 rifle myself
Hmm! Tempting.
Why bother with a shroud if it doesn’t actually do anything?
👍
Greetings from the "Clipboard wielding neighbor"....... I heard nothing!
With a bit of a wider butt it would make an awesome cricket bat 🏏
to bad they are out of stock ..//
apparently they are going to be back in stock next week 🤷♂️
Enough with the large white logos! They just scream low budget (even if they are). Are they forced to put them on by law?
This world is not for you😂😂😂
A😘💕👍👍
1
Bit ugly
But you’ll call it a silencer and not a suppressor as such,,
Get it right Irishman
im sorry to say this.. but the stock its like diy product.. in simple language is ugly n u know it😁
Thats not great
Please elaborate
Why is not great? I think it is excellent.
@VictorKipps I agree, I have the Ixia, it's a terrific rifle, thought I'd got a bargain at £700 + suppressor and scope, over a grand, so £500 for that is a steal
@vobchopper we can't afford it in South Africa as it is around 25 to 1 here
