Thank you so much for this! It's about time for me to ditch my 30+ minute warm-up routine. I have a problem of constantly adding prehab exercises because I'm worried of re-injuring certain body parts when, in reality, I could probably cut my warm-up time in half and still be "safe".

I’ve been doing your warmup routine before my workouts pretty much ever since it came out, but I was curious if there would be many differences in a warmup more focused on strength training/lifting? Another video perhaps? Thanks!
You should make a video about the various ways to utilize bands. They come up as a shoulder rehab and pull-up support tool, but a specific video with workouts or general use cases for a set of bands would be cool. I see that you sell them, and that they're listed as an item in your gym bag in a video, but there aren't any videos with a specific use case for a whole set. Thanks!

Excuse me, when You're sitting and speaking Your intro in the beggining of video- Your body is declined to the right. It seems You may have some hidden problems with Your back or spine muscles.

+1 my warmups are like an hour, because of all the past injuries haha.

Just do pike compressions and jefferson curl it'll help you stretch your hamstrings and strengthen your quads.
