This harness is compatible with various GM vehicles from 88-15+ . Some of these include Sierra and Silverado 1500 2500hd 3500hd Tahoe Yukon Denali

Do you sell power folding tow mirrors for 2019 LT tahoe. My oem mirrors do fold but are too small. My oem mirrors are power folding, automatic tilt when in reverse, have memory feature for 2 drivers, turn signal in the mirrors and blind spot alert. If you don't have power folding, do you have a manual folding option that would work for me?
I have a 2006 Silverado 1500 LT2. I have the power fold mirrors and all the options as stated except for heat. Do you sell a harness for that or is that going to be too much of a hassle to mess with? Also, what brand are these mirrors?
Since there is a demand for this option, why doesn't Boost Auto configure the mirror already modified?
We do! All of our mirrors are offered as signal only or signal & running light. The signal & running light mirrors already have the harness installed.

Will this kit make the two rear facing white LEDs work when you reverse or do they just act as running lights as well? I'd like to give the front amber lights dual functionality (turn and DRL) and the two rear facing white LEDs function when reversing.

You need to wire in the reverse lights; you can do that any way you'd like. This does get the forward facing light to work as a running light and turn signal.

Your video is very detailed with precise steps. I just picked up a pair of Spec D Tow Mirrors for my 2006 Silverado LT Ext Cab. Will your hardness work on these? If so, what is the sku#? Also, I'm guessing from both mirrors I would need to run the orange cables under the dash and make a union, but where do I run them after they're connected?

Our kit will work on all mirrors on the market, but sometimes the install varies depending on the manufacturer. We have two separate videos showing the install of the harness. If you watch both you'll be prepared to do a proper install.
If you tell us whether your LOWER glass is heated, and the color of your signal on glass (orange or red), we will be able to tell you which mirrors you need.

Hello I just ordered the harness for it and was wondering if there is any video on how to put them in which I think I know how, but the part I don’t is the reverse light wire, where do I put that so when I put it in reverse the two leds light up too? Do I feed it through the firewall and plug it in with the fuse or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
We include instructions with the mirrors which should detail where to tap! It changes based on years of trucks so we can't have a 'universal' answer for you
I have a 2001 suburban with defrost and motor only. I hooked it up and got the front and glass signals working, along with the side marker light hooked up to the key entry. but I wanted to get the front signal to also work with the running lights. does your wiring system do this? if so, let me know, so I can order it.

My search for some type of harness connector and maybe toggle switch in hopes I could find a way to upgrade my power heated power folding mirrors on my 2003 Escalade Ext to power folding power heated towing mirrors. There are some on eBay and other online markets the only problem is they're not power folding. So I wondered if someone has figured out how to make some power folding tow mirrors work with an Escalade 2000 up mine is a 2003 ext. I'd like to have all the lights on it as well like the ones in this video. Any suggestions?
I haven't seen any aftermarket that gold so I was interested in using some oem's from a newer model GM truck that have the functions and possibly add some sort of switch to make the mirrors fold... I hope this isn't confusing....
2005 duramax wired up, running lights work with turn signals. But the reverse lights are on all the time. Tried switching fuse location, still on no matter where I place the wire. Any suggestions?
Tap the reverse wire to the TRLR B/U fuse in the underhood fuse box.
I have power folding. If your mirrors had that feature I would have bought a pair for both my suburbans. Please look into adding this option in your product.

Is there room for a relay behind the glass? The LEDs puddle lights are making my backup camera fuzzy.
A relay would not solve the issue. There is EM interference from the actual light itself; this is indicative of some of the cheaper mirrors out there. Boost mirrors would not have this issue.
Excellent video on the installation. I just finished this on my 2009 suburban. However, I am having troubles figuring out where to tap the white wire which came with the the mirrors that you spoke about at the end. Where can I pull power from?
The white wire is for the reverse light and can be tapped into the TRLR B/U fuse in the underhood fuse box.

This harness works with all mirrors however the disassembly on some may vary slightly. Unfortunately we do not offer power fold, however to be safe your best bet is to purchase the mirrors from us. You can purchase the mirrors with the dual function harness already installed, or you can purchase the mirror and harness and install it yourself (save $45).

Why did you separate the ground wire on the running light?
The ground is not steady, you will prematurely burn your lights if you don't do it as outlined in the video.

Will the front lights stay on at night with this harness? Or just with the drl?
They will stay on at night with the park lights.
I have a 2016 2500 HD WT that came with the small power mirrors, non-heated, non-power folding, no turn-signal. I bought a brand new pair of tow mirrors that are power mirror, non-power folding, non- heated, with the turn signal in the glass, amber led running light in the front, and two small led reverse lights or cargo lights. I installed them using no harness and the power mirror feature works. Do you offer a harness to make the turn signal, amber running light, and reverse light work?

We do not offer such a harness; currently the only option is to order new door harnesses from the dealer or hardwire the lights in.

To figure out I have the same truck same situation but I haven’t ordered my mirrors yet but I want them on my truck. I thought based of what I found that the wiring harness’s y’all carry would work with the mirrors but if there not then idk what to do. I really don’t want to to have them hardwired in. But a whole new door harness what would that cost about?

I just purchased this kit to make my boost mirrors running lights along with a fuse tap. My question is where does the fuse tap and left over wiring go? In the video I heard him state to a power feed, could you clarify a little more ? I have a 2016 Silverado Thanks N. Williams
2016 Silverado would go to PRK LMP LT in underhood fuse box.

my Aftermaket tow mirrors have different wires. my from tow mirrors have green/purple and brown with black strip, and my mirror turn signal has black and blue wires, i dont see any video that you have done that has this wire diagram. do you have any info on how to do it.

I cut the brown wire with the stripe through it because I figured it was for a different feature and I figured out the green was the power(red) and the purple was the ground(black)

What if you only have one turn signal wire in the mirror? Do you splice it??

I did this mod,And when running lights are on the signals don't work,When I turn running light off the turn signals work,Any advise?

OK think you sold me seems like yours is the easiest fix to the problem. but you need to add wear to pull power from in the video ! it would give a refinance point for the DIY people and how you got the wire there

Sorry, we misread your comment. You can pull power from the left park lamp fuse in the under hood junction block!
OK first i have to give you a thumbs up for having your shit together ,had a small problem with my mirror and you were right there 2 times on Facebook in 1 min or less and its all worked out , so for that alone i'll tell people about you ,one the other note I have cab lights so i ended up pulling power form there and it all worked out ,for the back up lights its a green wire under the hood fuse box go thru the fire wall rubber and your good to go

Will this mod work on a 2006 Silverado WT? It has no power mirrors, no heat and no folding.
Do you already have tow mirrors? It could definitley work, might just require some additional work on your end.
I do not. Just regular non Powered mirrors. The truck came with no power windows just locks.
If you just wanted the lights to function we could help guide you how. Getting all of the other functions to work properly would be quite difficult.

I just wired mine and there isn’t a huge light difference with the blinker on. It’s almost not noticeable. Doesn’t mean something is wired wrong?

Why didn’t you just use the ground that was already on the front facing light?
The entire procedure must be performed for the kit to function properly.
Just bought a truck and pretty sure these are the mirrors. Only light that works is the red arrow on the actual mirror. Amber lights don’t come on even with turn signal?
It could have a bad front light or not wired up properly.
@@boostautoparts both mirrors are the same way. Just the red arrows that work.
@@boostautoparts actually just remote started it and they are on until I actually turn the truck fully on with key, then don’t come on again unless it’s remote started.
