I enjoyed watching you put the linings into the envelopes. You showed us how it could happen in real life. Do not apologize for being yourself and showing us how your creative style works. It is real life and the life of a true Junk Journaler. Thank you!
Thank you so much Ann, I so often find that people cut bits out in their videos, and even though they’re are the boring bits they so often are the bits that I am unsure of how to do, LOL x
Ms Tina, Thank You so much for mentioning my name I was truly surprised to hear, the stacked envelope journal was not my idea, I watched Robin Dudley Howes on her UTube channel June 9, 2020 make one in parts 1,2,& 3 and I’ve made many & given as gifts. Ms Tina, great job on making yours love you covered the inside of the envelopes I’ll have do that next time you inspired me watching this evening. Hopefully you can get a relaxing moment to yourself with tea ☕️ & check out her videos I made mine as she did, making the journals are a good way to use up scraps to decorate the envelopes which I always use 8 on each side & stagger them I love a thick journal also. So happy you where inspired to give it a try & I like how you made your reverse stacked envelope journal! 😊. Thanks for sharing 🥳💕💕
This is a great video 😍😅👏 It realy helps me to see and hear your hole prosess so that I understand how to do it my self 😅😊😍 thank you so mutch for sharing 🙏🌞🌺🌹🌻🌼
Tina, I think your envelope lining is inspiring and I think you are good at it! I find myself making and lining my own envelopes every few days. It is fiddly but the outcome is so very pleasing. ❤️❤️❤️
Such an inventive use of your odd lot envelopes, the moremismatched the better! In lining the envelopes I find that if I put my lining in place and then separate to insert my adhesive, it's less fiddley than trying to reinsert once wet glued........ thank you as always for the inspiration! 🦋
Another great video Tina. I love the way you do your videos and I really like that you don't edit as you show how you work for real. Has a newbie to junk journaling I find it so useful because I tend to get frustrated with myself if things don't go right and think I have failed and can't do it. I am learning so much from you. Take care Tina ♥️ xx
Hi Tina, wow! You said you were having trouble putting the envelopes in. It didn’t look that way to me. It seemed like you just put it together with ease. I can’t wait to see how you finish this. I have no problem watching you line your envelopes 😊. Hugs 🤗
Hi, Tina, just watching you put the paper in the envelopes stresses me, I don’t have a lot of patience! I think you did a great & I love that lace you’re using! You have a whole lot more patience than I do!😁 Hugs!🥰
I think you have done a marvelous job. I love watching your process. Thank you for all your time and inspiration. Love your digitals and I bought a bunch of them. You have such style and grace. Take care ❤️❤️❤️❤️😊
Another lovely project! Just a thought about your silk closure… you could make it so the bow is on the edge of the book so it hangs out the side. Not sure if you have enough there to do it but that would help with the bulk. I personally don’t know how you keep track of how to glue the envelopes in… But you do a great job!
I love this idea! I just wanted to share my experience with the wrinkly papers and envelopes after using glue on them, I take my iron across them. If you try the iron just don’t have it set too high and cover it with parchment paper first. I also have used the iron to help dry and set my glue if it’s a rush job. All the wrinkles just mess with my OCD something fierce, I’ve sometimes questioned myself on why I chose junk journaling to begin with, I’m not totally sure my journals fit with the old school junk journaling process 🙈
I really enjoyed watching and listening to your process. You may think it's like paint drying, but for some of us, it's good to see how someone else does things!! You definitely gained a new subby here 👋!!! You also inspired me to add an envelope folio to one of the journals I'm currently working on! Thank you!!! I don't think you should apologize. It really does help some of us (especially me 😊) to see your process.
I LOVE this idea….never heard of an envelope journal, let alone a reverse one!!! This will be my very next project…love using envelopes but I HATE trying to reinforce them with pretty papers…should have made that one of my nemesis choices for the giveaway lol. You’re very good at this Tina…and you’re right…practice makes perfect! Thank you again for the wonderful inspiration! Xxx
Great video! With the cover, you could add your own anchor at the top and bottom to make a trio for wrapping the closing band around! That might be a fun new effect! Top - middle (already there)-and bottom one. Do you ever use rubber cement for anything? Or is it too temporary? Have you tried using plastic envelopes that could hold even more bulky things like a person's own thin scrap book of mementos? You could decorate the outside of it. They seem to be mostly strong and durable, but I could be wrong.
This is cool! You are so good at folios! Turning out gorgeous! I’m still wondering if your journal is going to fit once you decorate 😉 This is a fun series! 💜
Lol my project is getting too fat too early too 🙈. Oh good idea 💡lol I'm terrible at lining envelopes 🙈. Upside down = Debbi style😄. It's not boring Tina honestly and you're chatting which is never boring 😄. Yeah the weather is all over the place. I love that we all share ideas and inspire each other. I'm sitting cutting butterflies for your layered idea. I've literally opened envelopes just to avoid lining them in this way 😄. I'm thinking you've stacked inside Folios before, I could be wrong. Yes, hot glue that bad boy 🙊. That was so worth the effort 😁👍 I think I'll try it in my mother in law's birthday pressie. The silk looks beautiful and you have to close it somehow! It's looking super gorgeous 😍😍😍. You could probably do with a cup of tea after all that 🙊☕. Tfs and have a great day 💖💖💖
It is complicated Tina n iv not tried it yet Iv watched 3 different channels doing it n urs u have put envelopes in centre that.iv not seen done so well done xx sp
What is this magical sorcery you call an envelope stack? I've never seen such a thing and I'm so impressed! 😲 ...confused, 🤔 but impressed! I love it! I can't wait to see where we go from here! XOX Tina, MK 🤗♥️🏜
Did you make the folder? If so, can you link the video. I don't know how i missed it if you made the folder, i love it. I loved this video also. Thank you

Thank you so much Lena, I am really thrilled that you find it helpful x
It is better than watching paint dry because we get to hear "fiddly", "rubbish", and "poopy color"! Makes it all worth it!
I love this basics kit, and all of the fabulous things you are creating with it!!!😃🔆
Tina, I think your envelope lining is inspiring and I think you are good at it! I find myself making and lining my own envelopes every few days. It is fiddly but the outcome is so very pleasing. ❤️❤️❤️

I really love this idea! I have so many papers that look nice on only one side. Project!
Thanks for this creation I'm trying it
Yay, I am thrilled that you’re going to make something similar x
You lined the envelopes with great success. I always get the paper stuck down before it is aligned and then I can't slide it or wiggle it into place.
It’s really tricky isn’t it Janine? X
It is complicated Tina n iv not tried it yet
Iv watched 3 different channels doing it n urs u have put envelopes in centre that.iv not seen done so well done xx sp
Thank you Alanna, have fun if you make this x
I am making tri-folds with a Kleenex box and lining the opening with plastic film so it looks like a window 😊
What is this magical sorcery you call an envelope stack? I've never seen such a thing and I'm so impressed! 😲 ...confused, 🤔 but impressed! I love it! I can't wait to see where we go from here! XOX Tina, MK 🤗♥️🏜

Oh thank you so much Daisy. No I didn’t make the folder, I bought them from Amazon, I just folded it in half x
