Thank you so much. I was waiting for this review. There is literally no English review of this device on RUclips. And thanks for the most honest review. This is why I love your videos
Thank you for the review. I have been using Age-R Ultra Tune daily at level 3 for about half a year guided by the video on Medicube’s Korean RUclips. Always after a basic skin care gets absorbed - also a Medicube instruction. I did not notice a fat loss, but a significant overall skin tightening on the face, neck and chin. What surprised me most is a skin volume increase in the under eye area. I guess this device needs time to show its effects ❤
You are fabulous! Thank you for the comparison video. I love your succinct and knowledgeable detailed explanations. With the medicube HIFU, I hear a slight sizzle if my skin is under-gelled, but don’t feel anything during or any tightening after. What do you feel and do you actually feel a tightness 4.5mm deep? Will the 40.68 worsen any pigmentation?
"The instant lift, where is it?" LOLs! I bought the High Focus Shot and I am eyeing this one, so glad I heard that from you... so I will pass to this for now
Thank you for all your tutorials , you are immensely helpful ! Wondering if it would be possible for you to do a tutorial on how you fit all these devices in a period of 1-3 months. Your RF, Micro N, micro Current, ect.. I think everyone would benefit from understanding how you fit all the treatments daily and organize your routine . It gets confusing sometimes for me how to use/ combine all of this.. you have amazing results and I am incredibly inspired!! Thank you in advance!
Thank you! I was planning to buy the Ultra Tune, but I think you've changed my mind. My only question is: are there any concerns about triggering hyperpigmentation issues, such as melasma?
I love your content TJ! You’re such a doll for sharing. Got your old school RF & it broke on me. Now got a NEWA. Is newa just as strong as your original zapper RF? Now interested in getting this one
I wouldn't say that the Newa is as strong as my original RF device, but it's definitely safer. And with consistent use, should give the same kinds of results.
Thank you for such helpful videos around the ultra tune and the high focus from medicube! Open to others thoughts as I’m aiming to reduce my double chin so was immediately thinking the high focus - but some other areas I’m interested in are softening my smile lines and correcting one especially hooded lid to try and even them out, maybe even add volume to the mouth - I’m wondering if this would be better overall? Given that I don’t want to lose too much fat anywhere other than the jawline/chin (I have the booster pro also for my surface skin issues which I’ve loved)
Thank you so much for clearing that up!! You’re the best! I have the booster pro and I just received the HiFu yesterday. I was scared that I made the wrong choice but it looks like I’m on the right track. Now if only I can find a more comprehensive literature on the HiFu in English 😄 that would be great!!
I had mine botoxed around 6 months ago to prevent them from reforming after 3 years of working to get rid of them manually - but for an injection-free option, I'd combine microneedling with a bit of RF on a regular basis.
I was torn between this device and the high focus, thanks for providing clarity, would be cool if you did a vid comparing this device and the high focus
I'm actually working on a video like that right now. It takes time for me to get a good read of the results though (but the High Focus is still superior imo) :D
@TJTutorials You're the best! In the high focus video, I noticed you said something about it containing liquid, does it run out of liquid rendering the device useless?
I am wondering if the Ultra Tune, and the HIFU shot can be used without the app? Like, can the power and function settings be adjusted on the device itself? (assuming that the person doesn't need to change the LED light color)
They both work in pretty much the same way. The difference is the frequency Mhz and the depths they target. Results-wise though, I'm still out and trying to compare them :)
Thank you! I have been waiting for this detailed explanation! Medicube states to use after all skin care is absorbed. I have been using my booster pro first. Then this. They also show using this in straight lines not stopping. Sweeping motion. Perhaps you didn’t see results because your face is perfection already.
I've tried it both on clean skin without skincare and with - the heat generation is the same as far as I can tell. The premise of applying basic skincare first is to help it absorb deeper with the heat generated. For me, I prefer to do my skincare post-treatment with all of my heat-based modalities as heat can destroy a lot of actives. I also tried the sweeping lines, but I got hardly any heat at all that way (so used my knowledge to adapt it) and the circles at least gave a slight instant improvement. I'll stick with it like I said though - it needs more time. :D Thanks for sharing all your learnings! I love that.
I am planning on getting a little bit done on my jawline and maybe my upper cheek and top lip real soon. I feel like I’ve managed to successfully show that home devices work, and after dropping over 70lbs this past year, I could do with a little extra re-volumising. Whatever I do, I will make sure I film it so you guys can see.
Hihi thanks for your sharing! I noticed that you’ve also reviewed the medicube I-shot device. Would you recommend using I-shot with UT together for a better result on the eyes? (I enjoy eye massage a lot and hoping to maintain my upper eye contour as much as I can, im late 30s and luckily no visible lines) appreciate your suggestions:)
Sure, they can be combined together. But if I’m honest, you will get far superior results with the Nira pro (which is an FDA cleared device that is also safe to use across the entire neck, including over the thyroid) better still, from December 10 till the 17th, you will get a completely free NIRA Precision when purchasing the Nera Pro glnk.io/kovx7/tjtutorialsofficial (just in case you’re interested)
Is this safe to use after Botox? I saw another video from a different creator saying not to use this until 1 month post Botox but I didn’t see that anywhere on the site. Thanks!
It’s safe to use after Botox, but my practitioner told me to wait 21 days after having it injected so that it can take full effect. Once it’s in effect, only the body can metabolise it.
Yes, you can combine the AGE-R Ultra Tune RF with the ZIIP Halo in your routine! The Ultra Tune RF uses radiofrequency for skin tightening and collagen production, while the ZIIP Halo combines microcurrent and nano-current to boost skin tone and texture. They work well together, but it's best to space them out throughout the week to avoid over-stimulation. For example, you can alternate: use the Ultra Tune RF on one day, and the ZIIP Halo on another. As for Retin-A, make sure to avoid applying Retin-A immediately before or after the RF treatment. RF can increase the absorption of active ingredients, which might make Retin-A too potent and potentially irritating. Ideally, you should apply Retin-A at night on days you're not using RF. You could also schedule it in the evening after a non-RF day, giving your skin time to recover
Very. The difference is that the Nebulyft operates on a different MHz - but like this, is safe to use daily due to inbuilt temperature controls and realtime skin temp feedback.
Hi! I just ordered and received the hifu shot from your eBay affiliate link. Can it lift the jawline? It says not to use on the jawbone. And should I get the rf for under eye since the hifu shot cannot go under eye?
I have a lot of radio frequency devices, but my favourites are the Nebulyft and my OG unbranded triangle beauty star machine. The question to ask is which device would be best for your current skin condition and your goals? This will help you choose a device more suited to what you’re after rather than what working well for me. 😃
@@TJTutorials Thanks for replying! I am trying to smooth out my fine lines and wrinkles . Lately my under eye wrinkles are getting deeper . I had Nuface before that broke recently and I came across your Chanel while browsing for Newa. BTW I am 54 and Indian with fairly good skin

I have been using Ultra Tune for almost two months, twice a day. I still haven't seen obvious results, 😅😅 but I will keep using it.
I feel you with this one! I'm hoping I'll see something more soon too. Their High Focus shot device is definitely a whole other level above this one.
Maybe this device is too gentle for our age 😂 I'm also 40+

I prefer the high focus shot device from Medicube to the mini HIFU2. This one doesn’t have hifu, just rf.

Yes, you can combine the AGE-R Ultra Tune RF with the ZIIP Halo in your routine!
