this songs lyrics really hits it right on the head about how no matter how hard you try you'll never make someone love you the way you love them. This song helped me to finally realize the reality of it all. that true love only exists in the movies.....

it's a story too many sadly have in their lifestory to tell one day. Seems as kindness and real friendship are signs of weakness or are defects. Sad that so many have this happen especially when its from ones we cared for.

Yep I can definitely relate to this sad but true break's my heart in to pieces 😢 💔 I never thought this would be me seriously my grandma was singing this song to me when I was a teenager my step grandpa didn't love her she would sing this crying now I am in her shoes 😢 I only been with 1 person I thought he loved me. We been together since was was 16 year's old. Had a baby together got married but thing's changed between us he puts his hands on me when I make him mad. All I am to him is a mat he walks all over it really breaks my heart into a million pieces.

Well, as painful as it is, you only got one choice. Disappear out of her life. Maybe she'll realize what she's missing, but if she doesn't then you'll still be moving on with your life and meeting other people, and hopefully one of them will like you for everything you are.
I fell in love with a girl when I was young, but she didn't like me in that way.
