yup.... no shit i actually thought this guy was from a sof ranger unit and got a bonner... then i looked up green mountain rangers and shit my pants. fml
Yea dude. Plus the fact that half the time actual dudes in the field can't get their hands on the stuff because the airsoft market has most of the good stuff sold out. Who do you know that can skip out of the shop and sit on the computer and order stuff as soon as it gets in with their parents credit card
Most of these guys were ex military anyway, I believe USMC and I presume most of their gear carry’s over from that, and they also do real steel stuff so it’s not only for ‘airsoft’
I watched this 7 years ago. That time, I thought these guys were on the weird side for getting too involved with airsoft using real-steel gear. However, damn I've got to admit, we are now in a time where Force-on-Force training is very beneficial for training purposes using airsoft and other alternatives.
All the people saying "WTF all that money on Airsoft gear?!" have either no brain or no common sense. Have you ever heard of Milsim? These guys seem to go balls the wall with it and that's awesome. I haven't done Airsoft in a few years but I spent more on the guns than I did on the gear. Personally, Condor worked fine for a MOLLE Load Bearing Chest Rig and I used a mix of surplus MOLLE gear, Condor and 5.11. My BDUs were just TruSpec Woodland Camo from a local surplus store. I probably spent $200 on my airsoft loadout but $600 on the guns, ammo, batteries and mags.
These comments are hilarious. "You spend way too much money on airsoft, what an idiot." You mean "I wish I could afford that." If I see a Lambo on the street, my first thought isn't "why does that douche spend so much money on a car?" but rather "That's a badass car!"
+UBCS Wraith If you dont like airsoft, or that type of car, you saying "you spend way to much money on airsoft" still means he spends way to much money on airsoft. I'm a Ferrari type of guy anyways... but thanksF
Juan Rivera To some people, a $400,000 Lambo or Ferrari is too much, to others it's not. To some, a $45,000 BMW is too much, to others it's not. To some, a $14,000 Honda Civic is still too much, to others it's not. My "too much money" is someone else's realm of acceptability due to their level of income and vice-versa, which is fine because this is America.
+UBCS Wraith these are grown men, they should buy real firearms and train with those instead. they obviously have the funds. or better yet join the military if they havent already
1999samtheman There's a difference between slinging lead at paper targets, and slinging plastic and REAL targets. Additionally, there's a huge difference between playing airsoft and joining the military. Personally, I do all three. They're all VERY different.
If you put the drop leg holster, like only 1 inch below your belt, it doesn't get cumbersome, doesn't hinder your movement, and don't get uncomfortable .... For what i've seen on your video about machine gun theory, you used to run the drop leg holster almost at your knee
abc4781 This is why i run my holster 1 inch bellow my belt line, this way the pistol is in the exact same height as my hip (belt line) While using this type of holster, while the holster is exactly over the belt line, the pistol sit's higher. My elbow always hit's the pistol. and the pistol always snug in the plate carrier.
thanks mountain rangers, your level of enthusiasm for this sport is enough to keep players on thier feet, good review, i dont have the loadout you guys have but if i have the money id invest as well, for the love of the game ooyah, nevermind the bullocks
I don't get why everyone gives the guy shit. Yes its airsoft, but because its all real gear, replace airsoft mags with pmags and use an AR and now all of a sudden its a completely legitimate load out. He has fun I'm sure and it gives him an opportunity to train with gear in scenarios beyond sitting in a computer chair eating doritos. I don't have any interest in airsoft personally and there seems to be plenty of herp derp, but that doesn't apply here.
I would never use that shitty of a kit. 1st the NODs he has suck. They don’t focus at all and they fuck your vision up. The plate carrier while it being a swimmers cut is too short and will not protect lower abdomen. He only has three mags which is 90 rounds, too few. Standard loadout is 210 rounds which is 7 mags. Therefore not a practical kit for being a legit loadout
People who like fishing spend 100sand 1000s of dollars on rods, bait, chairs, tools, and gear to make there hunting more fun. But sit on a computer and critic these people for wanting to have a hobby and COMPANY of their and their own way of life. Piss off would you and just let him do what he wants no matter how dumb you think it is.
I don't get why people are complaining about how much they spend they play at many events and I don't think anyone would want some cheap piece of garbage that would only last 1-2 games than having something that is reliable and would last for a long time
The LBT 6094A you're looking at $350, the Eagle MAP is ~$250, a set of Blackhawk! HPFU (non-ITS - they took out the tourniquets anyway) in DM3 is $250, a MICH 2000 is about $625, the PVS 14 is around $3,000, the H-nape is $66, the Skydex pads are $85, the CToms CMC M-Harness is $766. Without counting the pistol, camera, helmet mount, kydex holsters/pouches, lights, pads, etc it's already a lot of money. Also, the Systema PTW they use is around $1500.
I still kick myself for not loading up on the HPFUs back in the day. Most ppl I see in the comments are too young to remember what we did to improve kit and build loadouts back then. This video was is a good example of what paved the way to what we see today. Oh and because of companies like surefire that sued to corner markets. Pentagon lights were kicking their a$$
shit, my gun alone right now is over $500. People can say "holy shit, you spent that much on an airsoft gun" well guess what, I don't drink and party so all that money they blow on alcohol I'm using for airsoft which is a much healthier hobby than drinking my liver to death. Its fun and is better than working just your fingers on a controller, I play some video games too but I'm just saying. people have different ways of looking at the same hobby. People also spend more money on the same hobby, just depends how into you are and how much you are willing to spend and then also you get into Milsim events vs open play and stuff.
And while you don't party, drink, or be social, we're out making friends and memories that we won't be ashamed of talking about for years to come while you can't talk about your hobby without everyone laughing in your face.
+Juan Vega nah man. I got plenty of memories in airsoft and outside of it. Talk about the airsoft memories with my airsoft buddies and talk about other shit with others. I love saving my liver and not getting arrested for doing stupid shit while I'm out getting intoxicated...
You act like drinking every other weekend or so is going to "destroy" your liver. The only way that would happen is if you're constantly drinking every day and then you're just an alcoholic. And I've been to parties with over 250+ people and I've never been arrested when they get busted. Never had to run from them either. As long as you're respectful, they'll let you go. To much paperwork for a bunch of people just having some fun.
+Juan Vega depends how you drink and where you drink. It hurts your liver no matter what especially getting drunk. it makes it work twice as hard to filter the alcohol. I've drank and been drunk before. you act like you know so so much about airsoft. why you looking at videos of it when it's such a joke since you know people laugh in my face when I tell em my airsoft stories... you are on here. don't let your friends find out you were watching airsoft videos man. my friends are cool with it. let em laugh cause they ain't real friends then.
I never once said I knew anything about airsoft but ok. And by drinking, I mean going out with friends and partying, not getting drunk off of the communion wine like I'm sure you have. And I was actually looking up videos on how different people have their REAL chest rigs set up and this video didn't say it was airsoft until I saw him pull out those mags. I own real rifles and put together a real chest rig and a real plate carrier. Now that's fun. Good luck when someone comes kicking in your door and all you can do is shoot BBs at him. Or when civil chaos occurs. I'm sure you'll be right on top of the food chain with your $500 toy lol.
I've seen some of your unit's vids. You guys are great using the gear your recommending and working as a team. In fact from my perspective a lot of teams didn't want to compete at against you. Brit then US forces for a time trained with paintball. Now its symunitions. I'm sure airsoft is cheaper and hurts a little less. It's surprising how little kit you have for the urban war games. Never apologize for being the best. That you are willing to help others to a point is commendable. I make my own tactical gear. My company was KLS Tactical. I was also an armed security officer, and a Sgt in the USAF. You guys rock! Too many young men have become " femininized." Play hard. Life changes. Can't always do what you want to do.
It seems that chest webbing/rig is the popular choice these days, but very few people pay much attention to the old school AUS/NZ style waistbelt webbing. It offers much better mobility from different fire positions and actually has a much better carrying capacity. Only difference is that it's difficult to set up but it's much easier to handle once it has been assembled.
A fighting stance is something you learn in the military, and in my experience, in the Marine Corps. It's the stance that best supports combat marksmanship.
these aren't veterans, maybe dishonorable discharge, if they can't even obey orders of game staff at ops and get banned they would never make it through training
GMR has a higher production quality than, for instance, Deathcore and can rival the video marketing sections of ASGI and Evike but GMR isn't trying to sell sub-standard gear and pretending it's a perfect gift from God. They have the money and experience to know what they're talking about and build a good and useful loadout. However, as players they now have the reputation to be confrontational, arrogant and cheaters. I would never want to be on the same field as them. As players, they're hated but as content creators, they make the effort to be a step up from the others.
+karatekid37 Brownbelt I don't know if he served or not, but this is a airsoft video not a real military video. However him being military or not thank your for thanking our military.
Well, firstly, nearly half of the people in the Milsim community are former or active duty military. Its used as a treatment for PTSD. Along with that under federal law in the United States, airsoft guns are classified as firearms. Which is the reason they can't to be purchased by anyone younger then eighteen.
Samdo123 I'd like to clarify for you that they are considered to be unrestricted "replica" firearms, which means that they do not have many of the same restrictions as a real firearm. Much of the restrictions imposed upon them vary from state-to-state.
ThatGuy 1. They probably all have a lot of real weapons. 2. What do you do with a real weapon anyways? "Oh yeah I'm showing that water melon what's up!" Or you can get airsoft gear, and actually get into some action and if available to some like actually long battles. I'm going to a over night game on the next weekend, It's going to be about 10 hours of pure fun with my friend and the other participants. These guys (like many others) have just realised that airsofting is actually way more interesting than going to a gun range and shooting a bunch of targets. I mean if they wanted to do that all day every day they can, and they have all probably tried it.
If you knew anything you would know paintball and airsoft was first adopted by the military as a means of training. Reaction to the same conditions and stress as a real firefight without implementation of real death.
Ahhh....another online exchange in the comments sections between RUclips geniuses. I'm a former soldier and LEO and know quite a few people in both those professions that play airsoft as well. Most people are smart enough to be able to tell the difference between a game and the real thing---which is obviously quite different. Looking at this loadout, nothing really seemed to be missing or out of place (except for an IFAK/CAT) to me. Then again, as this is for a GAME, he doesn't need an IFAK/CAT. Kit looks expensive/high speed (wish I had some of this gear) and if this setup/loadout works for him and his group, who cares what the rest of us think about it?
People are talking too much crap about this video. Every piece of gear in airsoft has a purpose. So it's up to the user to determine if it is worth the extra weight. Plus Airsoft is not a "game", it's a SPORT.
GrapeJuice, thats your opinion. American Football isnt a sport just because its not in the olympics? Car racing? Rugby? Motorcross? Bowling? You sir need to look up the definition of a sport.
***** dictionary.reference.com/browse/sport?s=t Click that link and look at the definition of sport. Its both a hobby and a sport dude, get your facts right before you talk sh!t.
my first question is have you ever been active duty? second question is if you havent, you should. my statement to you is; I guess if it got real here in the states you would be well equipped but could you actually pull the trigger and take someone's life?
This is why I don't think I could ever join a team, I cant deal with that type of uniformity. I like to be my own player, it doesn't mean I cant work with other people. For example, I enjoy running a leg rig because that's where my hands naturally are, but this team only used hip rigs.
The only "uniformed" things in my "team" (more like a couple of dudes who play together very often) is the camo. About the equipment is everyone by himself, although we try to have things organized in the same way and +/- in the same spots
This WOULD be cool if you're using this gear for real applications with real firearms, etc and the gear just carried over to airsoft with a "train like you fight" mentality, but if all this is solely used for airsoft... it's pretty dumb and real "geardo". NVGs and coms are awesome to have for real application, but utilizing this for airsoft only is impractical and most of it is just for looking "cool".
Scrolling through the comments after 4 years is interesting, never thought I would find you here.If you look at there new videos they do have a "train as you fight" mentality they use the same kit for real steal and force on force, UTM and Airsoft.
Actually if you played airsoft you would know, nvgs are amazing at milsim ops and night games the carrier is to carry your magazines wow who would have known dude your a dumbass it has use you fucking idiot
Great video. I see so many negative comments. Training is key. Even if that training is just to train it is still beneficial to the mind and body. It's what we call living insurance rather than death (life) insurance.
or you know... lbt carriers are legit. but not for throwing plastic bb's at each other. a cheapo vest off ebay will do more for you than one of these will ( for airsoft, of course lbt and eagle beat everything ).
this is bordering on disrespectful to the military. Imagine this: little tommy goes for his 12th birthday to his local airsoft field with his friends the GMR where there as well little tommy is now is now in rehabilitation and suffers from severe nightmares.
How is it disrespectful? Lots of military vest play airsofting. I'm sure some of these guys are vets. Also I've asked tons of vets how they feel about people impersonating military style loadouts in Airsoft. Most of them said they could care less. If that's what there into then that's what there into. Even some saying they wish they would have gotten into it. As long as they don't wear any military unit patch its fine.
Michael Ring were you ever in the Military? Probably not. So you don't have the right to talk on behalf of them. Also so what. If that's what there into then let me be. Shit I would love to get into this just piss people like you off.
The MBSS Modular Assault Pack made by Pantac will fit on any PALs wbbing on plate carriers. It also has straps to carry if you don't want to put it on your carrier and can be tucked into the pack to use on your carrier.
Awwww everyone thinking there actually in the military get a grip of your lives and actually sign up and then you can call them weapons and not these little toys
+USMC_0311_WARDOG Since its just a game I'm pretty sure they are fitting the gear to the mission. If you really are a grunt, then you know how difficult it is to be fast in all that gear. none of their games are extended play, requiring that they pack for an extended mission. Your comment is invalid.
+Sid Airbrush 70 pound pack vest vest gear n all mags flashlight map radio FAQ what ever wat not. I mean yes u need to be fast that's the point of training
Yes. But again... This is a game. When I went on extended ops I humped close to100 lbs of gear, water, food, mission critical equipment etc. Your gear fits your mission. If your mission is bb wars, then bare bones is sop.
Great gear video. Thank you for the explanations of why and why not, I can tell its from trial and error. Very helpful. Are all of these things available to civilians?
I am support in team honey badger based from Tiverton, Devon, England and I think this is a really good loadout I no peeps who are ex paras and they happily do airsoft I'd love to have a load out like this but have nor the money or time to create it... Grate work guys keep it up... 🔫🔫🔫🔫
After 10 years of war, the Military Industrial Complex Mecca (us, the US) was more than happy to find the Modern Military Re-enactor aka the Mil-Sim Airsoft Player as another expansive Buyers Market
"OverKIll" Yep..... Back in the early 90's we just wore overalls and knee/elbow pads, combat boots and fingerless gloves. And skiing goggles!! Now days its simulations with 'plastic' crap strapped to your body, My team used 'drop-leg' holsters as it was faster to withdrawal pistol! Things have changed from back in the days of gaming!!
I am old school Vietnam era, and this vid is GREAT!!! I thought my outfit was smoothed out, I will be changing a few things. you guys are great...right on Vaz(Vazquez)
At least some of us get off the couch and do something with our lives. And not everyone who plays airsoft just plays airsoft. Many people do real steel too and this info is valuable to those of us who do live fire events with real steel and are looking to improve our own kits.
It is the 6094a in CB and it looks different simply due to the PIG cummerbund (making it slimmer and the pouch setup, not to mention the different display the PC is sitting on.)
I run an Arma 2 gaming community and we have an Ex British Army Commando in the group. His opinion is that if he sees someone wearing army commando clothing then they're just showing support because they like that unit and he takes it as a compliment. As long as they don't turn up to like military events pretending to be actual military guys then it's fine. I wear Royal Marines stuff to airsoft. I don't think there's a problem with it as long as I make it clear that I just like them, I'm not one
You buy the tubes, there's decent quality ones for 500-600, you get a housing and the optics, take it to a specialty shop and get it professionally purged and filled with nitrogen to extend tube life and ta-daa. You just got yourself a PVS 14 for 1100-1200 bucks instead of having to drop 3k.
I think the more realistic you make it the more engaging the game is. I would love playing with these guys, it would feel like real war. It sucks playing airsoft with people wearing tank tops and jeans.
It's sad that this guy has 10x better gear than i do...and I'm actually in the Army
yup....
no shit i actually thought this guy was from a sof ranger unit and got a bonner...
then i looked up green mountain rangers and shit my pants.
fml
remember all your gear was made by the lowest bidder
Yea dude. Plus the fact that half the time actual dudes in the field can't get their hands on the stuff because the airsoft market has most of the good stuff sold out. Iam sure the army still spent more on the issued gear tho
Most of these guys were ex military anyway, I believe USMC and I presume most of their gear carry’s over from that, and they also do real steel stuff so it’s not only for ‘airsoft’
Crazy how much gear has changed in the last 8 years.
Not all that much really just a more minimalist trend for PCs going on

coming back here 4 years later the comments are pure pure cancer

You gonna starve without a spoon
Seems like a well thought out rig. Having never served, it's interesting to see how people gear up even for air soft.
I like to wear the grenades on my helmet
Did i just read your text right
Well I put claymores on my helmet
i can tell
My grenades are kept in my underwear.
I like to mount my RPG-29 on the side of my FAST Helmet

Amazing.
I can only imagine the weight and cost of all that gear.
Just...amazing.
+Detman101 Not that heavy, but also not that cheap. Probably 3000-4000 counting their NVGs
I can't say how much I've spend, I stopped keeping track. My wife could probably tell you though.
HAHA airsoft. I thought something was off. Good job with the vid and presentation.
"HAHA airsoft". Train (airsoft) as you intend to fight. You will fight as you trained ... or didn't.
I don't get why people are complaining about how much they spend they play at many events and I don't think anyone would want some cheap piece of garbage that would only last 1-2 games than having something that is reliable and would last for a long time

this is so funny, this is the first time i have watched these guys and i basically have the same setup as them! i guess great minds think a like

lol same I thought they were actual miltary
i thought i was the only one who thought that
Lol
+emergency services videos apperently they are former military and swat; so you know they like to shoot 12 year old tacticooly.

So instead of "feminized" they are gay. Was it really a win?
It seems that chest webbing/rig is the popular choice these days, but very few people pay much attention to the old school AUS/NZ style waistbelt webbing. It offers much better mobility from different fire positions and actually has a much better carrying capacity. Only difference is that it's difficult to set up but it's much easier to handle once it has been assembled.
8:21 "so i can can get in my fighting stance"
so gmrs can get into fights with people on the field and get thrown out of more ops
haha so true
Figure of speech. It's just to show how versatile the loadout is.. GMR is respectable..
baberaider18 That made me laugh.
A fighting stance is something you learn in the military, and in my experience, in the Marine Corps. It's the stance that best supports combat marksmanship.
these aren't veterans, maybe dishonorable discharge, if they can't even obey orders of game staff at ops and get banned they would never make it through training
What I don't understand is why people will watch GMR videos if they dont like GMR. Just dont watch the videos.
(*sees he has actual night vision*) Spent all of your allowance this month huh?
+ectional If I needed night vision they would have issued me a pair.
Where You guys have IFAKs? In our team, every member has to have an EFAK constantly, apart from Corpsman.
Thank you for your service I wouldn't be here without you
+karatekid37 Brownbelt I don't know if he served or not, but this is a airsoft video not a real military video. However him being military or not thank your for thanking our military.
Difference betwen AIRsofter and CHAIRsofter is that CHAIRsofter always hate any other players. Good job GMR, keep it up.
personally i go with my "in country look"
Ok, calling your fucking toy a weapon you want to play with weapons go enlist and you'll get a REAL weapon.
"Oh yeah I'm showing that water melon what's up!"
Or you can get airsoft gear, and actually get into some action and if available to some like actually long battles.
1. They do shoot real guns 2. By definition it's a weapon and a gun 3. Shooting people with real guns isn't quite as safe
If you knew anything you would know paintball and airsoft was first adopted by the military as a means of training. Reaction to the same conditions and stress as a real firefight without implementation of real death.
This inspires me to make my own custom grenade pouches off of your idea, thank you!

They where ahead of there time
Ahhh....another online exchange in the comments sections between RUclips geniuses.
Thank God some one other than me said it.
***** I do to and it is a sport and a hobby, depending on how you play.
If you go to tournaments that makes it a sport . if you play with just your friends its a hobby
***** dictionary.reference.com/browse/sport?s=t
Click that link and look at the definition of sport. Its both a hobby and a sport dude, get your facts right before you talk sh!t.
***** I love how he laughs at his own joke. Oh and btw, nobody asked what your parents do.
Shit, I thought it was military lol. That's cool tho. Why are people getting butt tickled over it?
This is incredibly funny. Good thing you’ve got those IR strobes so your AS can id you on those airsoft battlefields
my first question is have you ever been active duty? second question is if you havent, you should. my statement to you is; I guess if it got real here in the states you would be well equipped but could you actually pull the trigger and take someone's life?
This is why I don't think I could ever join a team, I cant deal with that type of uniformity. I like to be my own player, it doesn't mean I cant work with other people. For example, I enjoy running a leg rig because that's where my hands naturally are, but this team only used hip rigs.
The only "uniformed" things in my "team" (more like a couple of dudes who play together very often) is the camo. About the equipment is everyone by himself, although we try to have things organized in the same way and +/- in the same spots
what? no side plates to protect you from those plastic bb's?
Lucas Botkin from T-Rex Arms said it best:
“America’s a free country, and I can do whatever I want with my money.”
Actually if you played airsoft you would know, nvgs are amazing at milsim ops and night games the carrier is to carry your magazines wow who would have known dude your a dumbass it has use you fucking idiot
Drooling over their set up, wow
Digital camo and all metal Sig. We used to be men. We need to go back
Marines still use both
If you use airsoft as a training tool for your actual tactical system you're smart
No you aren't.
+John Doe the military used it for a while, and law enforcement does. Obviously it has some benefits. Key board warrior.
i know people in Columbia who served in sf who used paintball as a training tool.
+John Doe actually I know a few swat team members who are law enforcement who said they use airsoft as training but there guns shoot at like 600 fps
Have you served? :)
Argumentum ad hominem
You know for a fact, if this guy was actually ever enlisted, was a POG. lol You can tell he's never been in combat or even deployed.
ReconB4V What makes you say that
ReconB4V as s svcdvgffbtbtbcbbbrbfbdbsyhubunhhc ezWectpll
T
John Doe guess
I showed my dad this and he was special forces he looked at this and said "Why the fuck does he not have a spot in the forces.."
No fucking way I believe that. Tactical airsoft is geeeyyy
🧢 I call bullshit
You guys should do a video detailing you're weapon setups.
Thank you for the feedback.
FIGHTING STANCE?! IN AIRSOFT?! Hahaha please don't tell me you are serious. Hahaha OMG that's good, that's good.
HOOAH, 12B Sapper. Join the military and get this shit for free. Spend 1 year training and do it right. There wasn't any airsoft in Fallujah.
They wish they were real military
Have you even served
+Nicks Lawn care and more
Most of them were.
The guy already served -_-
They're all vets...
+Nicks Lawn care and more hows that lawn?
Great video. I see so many negative comments. Training is key. Even if that training is just to train it is still beneficial to the mind and body. It's what we call living insurance rather than death (life) insurance.
I don't play airsoft, but good looking gear. I'm sure that it would work in a real world scenario, proper training makes all the difference.
$600 just for a vest? No thanks, I like airsoft but I don't like it that much. I would rather buy a polar star for that much.
or you know... lbt carriers are legit. but not for throwing plastic bb's at each other. a cheapo vest off ebay will do more for you than one of these will ( for airsoft, of course lbt and eagle beat everything ).
This isnt airsoft gear its militia gear lol
...wat?
this is bordering on disrespectful to the military.
Soul of A Spartan Because air-soft is for want to be tards.
Michael Ring were you ever in the Military? Probably not. So you don't have the right to talk on behalf of them. Also so what. If that's what there into then let me be. Shit I would love to get into this just piss people like you off.
Um... yes I was. 17yrs in the Australian Army. Run at me
Michael Ring haha ok sure.
I bought the LBT 6094A, and you'll still need to adjust it, because my slim figure didn't fit it either.
The MBSS Modular Assault Pack made by Pantac will fit on any PALs wbbing on plate carriers. It also has straps to carry if you don't want to put it on your carrier and can be tucked into the pack to use on your carrier.
Awwww everyone thinking there actually in the military get a grip of your lives and actually sign up and then you can call them weapons and not these little toys
thats plenty
Most of them are ex military
OK it just seemed like all they have done is this and I'm sorry if I have offended anyone if they been military
Jake Weller You're sorry "(Only if you've been in military)" xD
+jamie perkins not the ones who are 16
Instead of spending all of this money on airsoft gear, why don't you go out and buy a REAL AR or something?
Not my point
HellHoleFilming some are not avalabile to civilians and maybe they don`t want to really kill some1
HellHoleFilming dude... they buy it to imitate a "war" for a week end
LOL
I offended you? What does it feel like to be so weak that mere words hurt you?
if they were actual rangers I think they'd have a bigger assault vest type and more gear nice look alike tho lol.
No shit.
+Sid Airbrush war isn't a game if you wanna be a look alike u go all out don't half ass anything
How do yoy grab your tornado greandes quickly? It looks like they are very difficult to reach because they are on your back.
teammate will grab them when they stack up
awesome loadout and great vids
actually...it's really the only sport that gives you the rush of being a soldier without actually risking your life. That's why we do it.
Where can I find the medium esapi plates you guys have in your Lbt6094a vest?
I'm curious if you would do a new video for what you are wearing now, 2017
What is this? Some airsoft group?
Great gear video. Thank you for the explanations of why and why not, I can tell its from trial and error. Very helpful. Are all of these things available to civilians?
cheers guys great video!
I am support in team honey badger based from Tiverton, Devon, England and I think this is a really good loadout I no peeps who are ex paras and they happily do airsoft I'd love to have a load out like this but have nor the money or time to create it... Grate work guys keep it up... 🔫🔫🔫🔫
Not hearing the velcro rip felt so good to my ears...
After 10 years of war, the Military Industrial Complex Mecca (us, the US) was more than happy to find the Modern Military Re-enactor aka the Mil-Sim Airsoft Player as another expansive Buyers Market
What type of pouch is the thunder b/ tornado grenade on your back? - Saint from Delta Recon Airsoft
it's a kydex holster...look it up on their websites: gmrangers.com i believe
How do you modify those goggle straps? I looked for the future video you mentioned but couldnt find it.
Dope brother thank you.
He just went through the reasons for all the gear, it isn't to look cool it is what works best and what can keep them at high combat effectiantsy
love it, thank you
I am old school Vietnam era, and this vid is GREAT!!!
It is the 6094a in CB and it looks different simply due to the PIG cummerbund (making it slimmer and the pouch setup, not to mention the different display the PC is sitting on.)
why does this look so badass
I run an Arma 2 gaming community and we have an Ex British Army Commando in the group. His opinion is that if he sees someone wearing army commando clothing then they're just showing support because they like that unit and he takes it as a compliment. As long as they don't turn up to like military events pretending to be actual military guys then it's fine. I wear Royal Marines stuff to airsoft. I don't think there's a problem with it as long as I make it clear that I just like them, I'm not one
i was wondering if you would be willing to put together a loadout just like yours and give me an estimate of how much it would cost.
Where do you get these things like the elastic cumberbund? And the shoulder straps?
You buy the tubes, there's decent quality ones for 500-600, you get a housing and the optics, take it to a specialty shop and get it professionally purged and filled with nitrogen to extend tube life and ta-daa. You just got yourself a PVS 14 for 1100-1200 bucks instead of having to drop 3k.
What do you guys typically carry in your MAPs?
I wonder if you can tell me what the model of his vest, I found excellent
I think the more realistic you make it the more engaging the game is. I would love playing with these guys, it would feel like real war. It sucks playing airsoft with people wearing tank tops and jeans.
I'm still waiting for a video tutorial on modifying the goggles.
Need to know some good like clothing brands and specifics mostly like bdus, combat shirts and soft Shell jackets
I hope you realize some of these men were in the military. If you played like them, you'd know why they run all this gear, its a great sport.
When you say GMR modded map pack do you mean the mini map mod or did you guys do some things special
