@@captngnot everyone is entirely guilty I got locked up for 45 days in the county for a crime I never committed and my wife married me afterwards because she was a voided witness because we lived in the same house and she was considered a voided witness she seen me get assaulted but somehow I went to jail for assault and resisting and all kinda spaghetti they threw at the wall but because the former party was former law enforcement they could say whatever they wanted and get their way she seen the whole situation and married me afterwards she was just a fiancé before it was terrible they didn’t wanna tell me what they were arresting me for and everything entirely escalated the situation
@@zacharycrawfski2276 the thing is you need to commit or not commit your crimes and a jurisdiction that's favorable.. we have a very long leash in the state of California no you still be a felony or serious time equals no accountability whatsoever. Seriously as long as you don't murder someone or become a p#$o your gonna be fine.. seriously if you think of committing a misdemeanor the penalties equivalent to fix it ticket. And again unless you committed a serious capital offense your time is extremely minimum if not time served

My brother is currently doing a 10 piece in GBCI! He did 12 years in Arizona when he was younger. I just talked to him a week or 2 ago and he FINALLY got to go outside after 3 years!!! Crazy bro…. 😔

I did over ten yrs in Wisconsin prison system and the hardest part is the conditions the violence and gangs aren't as bad as most states. 💯

The joints i was in... violence and gangs were pretty low on my list of worries.
I was in RCI for majority of my time. And as weird as it sounds, I had some really fun times in there (pause).
We had softball leagues, basketball leagues, hell we even had horse shoe pits.
We gambled for 100s. I ran a black jack table and sold toonchi. I came out of the joint with more money than I went in with. Lmao

i was in Dodge Oct-Dec of 2016. Then Racine until end of 2018.
I will NEVER go to prison. But if some freak accident happens I’m glad I have more knowledge from this channel!

I'm so glad I had friends when I went to county. It helped SO much! Knowing people before then and them vouching for you when they are already respected. I don't know how it would've gone if I was truly alone

In my state jail time is easy peasy... However prison time while having been shortened quite a bit still is rough. California

I did 6 years on a aggravated battery and my first cell mate was doing a life sentence it does make you a bit nervous for sure.

Lock down alone would be the best case scenario. Read books… being alone means no chance of getting hairy aped or killed.
THe original penitentiary design was for you to spend your days at work and penitence or religious alone time in your cell thinking about what you did . That is when they had convicts
Imagine getting only 2 or 3 years and end up either getting killed or having to kill someone to survive In there the mindset u have to have in prison is crazy stay free y’all

It's definitely both. A lot of them have outright malicious intent. They put incompatible people together to cause conflict on purpose, because they think it's funny and entertaining.

This is shameful. Once the State takes custody of a person, for whatever reason, the authorities are absolutely responsible for their physical safety at the very least. A stain on our whole country, imo.

I used to live a few miles from this place. My Xfather-in law used to deliver Milk there. It's a low from what I remember.
I have never spent a night in jail. I had to get bailed out once. But luckily I was able to dodge jail/prison. When was juvenile my PO made me go to detention for a night for being late to my appointment.

I went with brother-in-law to that Green Bay prison to play a basketball game against the prisoners 😱 the coach told one of the players during the game to pass the ball or else your going back to your cell 😀 the guard had to walk one of the prisoners to the bathroom and stand there while he went to the bathroom they treat the prisoners like little sassy kids 😀
I had 3 different cellies over my time doing life. One of them straight up told me in the first conversation that he would kill me if i gave him trouble. I remember his name. Marlon maxey, in Stateville.
I did my time here in Wisconsin.
Did all of my time between Dodge and RCI.

I got arrested 8 times. The longest stay was 4 days the day I got out my cellie got sentenced to life without he was 18 at the time. So easily could've been me, but that straightened me right up. That was in 1999 I haven't been back since. STAY FREE
