    I have hurt my shoulder. How do I recover? It's been a month and the pain is still there.

      It really depends on what type of shoulder injury you have. There are a lot of different types. I would recommend having it evaluated. Best of luck!!

      Could be a triceps issue. I have several videos on fascial release work for the triceps. You might find them helpful. Good luck!
