- As believers, we are called to be Christlike, but what does that look like in today's culture? Some Christians like to quote Bible verses about the meek and mild side of Jesus as an excuse not to take a stand. But don't forget the biblical instances of His righteous anger and calling evil what it is. Remember, Proverbs 28: 1 says the righteous are bold as LIONS!

I would contend that many are quite willing to stand up and fight, but they’ve been misled into believing that the only fights that matter are outlawing abortion and the protection of guns. Child abuse and other struggles won’t be on their radar until some politician or pundit says it should be.
