Based on genetics (and as a Hispano-Brazilian myself) she's average back home. The first time I had anyone call me "short" was when I moved out 😂 I feel less alone seeing this.
"Do you get the vibe that [New Yorkers] care about you, but at the same time, they'll hit you?" This is an East Coast vs. West Coast thing I noticed. West Coast, they will empathize with you about your flat tire, but won't help you change it. East Coast, they're going to help you change that tire but make you feel like an asshole the whole time. e: OMFG those meatballs at Ribalta look amazing.
I had a friend from Norway who came to visit NYC and his number 1 thing was to get NY pizza. It was my job to take them to the good places. But I'm from long island so I had to look into what were the real good places that the New Yorkers know about. And then this video came out; I set the agenda to visit these places and it worked out perfectly! We went to Ribalta and it was outstanding. And was my first time trying authentic Italian pizza too. Thank you so much Matteo!
Oh my goodness! That first bite of pizza....I could hear the crispiness! The cheese pull. Love a good cheese pull. I agree, the sauce and cheese need to be evenly distributed. 😊
There is a really morbid part of me that now wants to see Nick eat the gas station pizza, and try to convince Mateo that it's actually quite good he doesn't understand what the problem is
Favorite episode by far! Do another NYC pizza tour PART 2! This was fun and Yummy! 🍕🍕🍕🍕 the next pizzerias you should try out are Luigis Pizza, Lucia’s Pizza, and Best Pizza which is the name of a actual pizza joint in Brooklyn
@@The_Crucible714 Just imagine his EPIC READS and dragging of this style of Pizza!! Valid or not (NOT) it's hilarious amusing and entertaining as an eye roll cringe fun silly.🤪
The comebacks, the vibes, the passion, and hard work shows through. I could go on and on. Its like with my family; you`re an ass, but I still care and support you 😂I have L'industrie Pizzeria on my list of dream places to go😍 6:37
This was really fun, It would be hilarious to see them pair up and do the gas station pizza hahaha! I totally sub the chick as as he was deadpan funny. Thanks you guys for doing this bit. Also, Matteo was such an incredible gentleman it was so sweet to see him kind of protect and guide her around.
I’ve never had the others, but Joe’s was my absolute favorite! I lived in New York in the late ‘90s and my Saturday routine was a bagel & coffee for breakfast then just tour around the city, but my lunch was always a slice of Joe’s pizza at a location up in the Lincoln Center area. Great memories!
I definitely enjoyed this episode, and you got me wanting a quality slice of good pizza. I'd like to see you both again on the best dessert spots in New York. I wish you continued success and safe travels 🙂
A well done medium crust will get nice and crunchy. You can get the same crunchy bottom with a pan pizza if it's too doughy by frying it on a skillet/pan at medium heat for about a minute or so.
Discretion - Joe's with a everything slice style with a addition of hot sauce. Large slice wide and long. Dipping the crust in the huge amount of extra toppings falling off the pizza is a style similar in Syracuse i have had. - John's, A adding of red pepper flakes that become drenched to saturation with parm sprinkled on top. Dipping sauces - garlic butter with corn starch, herdy roccata oil, tomato, pizza. The long line pizza shop - A blue cheese addition place. A noticeable style to have a creamy addition. I recommend blue cheese options including tangy and sweet. I think the basil leaf adds to the optional blue cheese. Ribalta - A place similar style in Syracuse and I recommend tomato dipping sauce. I think the meat ball addition brings a marina sauce that is cooked with more of a variety meal that creates a place with a entertaining variety. I think a eggplant parm laided on top of a cooked sauce separated to eat slow would also produce a long lasting option of a sit down slow eating meal. Other issues in pizza - bringing a bag of parm if drenching the pizza. hot sauces around the wall. oil's with herbs. hot oils. PESTO Fresh mozzarella ball
You can get good pizza almost anywhere in the North East. Even as a NY'er myself, I think North Jersey has the best pizza on average. That being said, I've yet to have a good bagel outside of NY/NJ and I've been to almost half the states in the US.
I love how the guy at the third place said ‘fuck you’ after Mateo asked if he really was gonna give them a free slice.
That’s New York as fuck
That "fuck you" was said out of love and comfort. NY translation "No my friend, I am not accepting your money because I like you."
That’s when Matteo slipped him his #. 😏
_J/k_
That's a NYC term of endearment.
"It's on me... fuck you"... I hope the NYC tourism board is watching, that conversation IS New York
Right on!
lol thanks for this, I was thrown off 😂
internet princess and her gay uncle go about town trying pizzas? seateddd
I CANT bro, Its all see now 😂
Nick is off haunting a 2 bedroom loft somewhere while they filmed this
Or shopping at the Victorian blouses annual sale
@ or sending his stepdaughter to summer camp
A loft he has listed and should be setting up an open house for
I am just discovering Gabi’s height based off a comparison to Matteo based off a comparison to Nick.
haha yeah because Nick is a Giant, Matteo is like 5'9", and she must be like 4'10".
We need her next to Nick now haha
This is the content I am here for. Please continue to educate the masses on the importance of good pizza.
As a non-New Yorker but lifelong pizza lover, I am SO PICKY about my pizza. I only get mine from local mom and pop places and they are so worth it!
Fake marriage.
Love this duo. So glad you collabed again
I wish I could just hang out with them and Nick Smith from the I Never Liked You podcast.
She is TINY
I NEED to see her stand next to Nick
Based on genetics (and as a Hispano-Brazilian myself) she's average back home. The first time I had anyone call me "short" was when I moved out 😂 I feel less alone seeing this.
She seems like she’s 3 feet tall
@@lils6407okay but Matteo is really short.
This girl was shorter than people sitting
@@MsNatiBug Isn't Matteo like 5'11?? Aint no way yall think thats really short lol
Matteo needs a little sister! They are so cute together.😍😍😍
He does have a sister, think he mentioned in other videos/shows that she’s a bodybuilder and was the closest to their dad
Yes!
@@jlshel42 Did you miss the word "little"? 😐

As an East Coaster born and raised, 100% true!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
so east coast basically said "we're keeping the european values"
Yup! East coast is kind but not nice, west coast is nice but not kind
I love that Bill Burr Quote
That quote followed by the guy saying "fuck you" after giving free pizza at the third place
I would pay to go on a food tour with Matteo and Nick
Matteo at the 10:00 mark instinctively moving to keep Gabi on the inside of the sidewalk. Someone was raised well.
Gabi needed these pizzas after the STRUGGLE she endured
You two are a great duo!
The Anime Crossover I never knew I needed
I love you both individually and this is the best 2nd collab everrr I was hoping for one!
What an adorable combo!!!
I love how Gabi is taking these little small bites and Matteo is eating half the slice in a bite 🤣

Yeah right, I was literally salivating all the time while watching all of those mighty-cheesy looking slices of pizza and yet starving for a bite LMAO

Amazing video! You made me so homesick for NY and their pizza! 💙👍🏼💙
the l’ineustrie burrata slice is truly unreal, i’m so glad he insisted you try it.
Wild crossover between two channels I love wtf
They’ve made a video together before
One bite everybody knows the rules
Joe's on Carmine is sooooo goood, Koronet & Mama's Pizzeria near Columbia Univ are both really good !
I LOVE THIS FRIENDSHIP OMG
I wanna get pizza with Matteo because no one else will understand why I want JUST CHEESE 💀
I’m the same. I’m very happy just to eat cheese pizza. ❤
@RyanNason-x5t there are dozens of us!! 🥰
Like many, I love NY style pizza. Just watching them eating these slices has my mouth is watering. All of these look amazing. I need pizza now.
Gabi's ADORABLE!! She must've been fun with whom to wander the city.
this video made me feel so deeply deeply sad that i live in the middle of nowhere with no access to world class pizza
The collab I didn’t know I needed ❤
Ok this 100% LOVEFEST needed some serious critiques
NICK MUST BE INVITED🔥🤟😜
He opted for Olive Garden. 😂

We need more food tours🙏
You are so sweet and nice to her and I love how passionate you are about New York 😊
Gabi dantily eating and Mateo housing the slices in 2-3 bites LOL Love it.
Lindustrie is one of my favs!
That place has been a restaurant forever, not the same place but a restaurant.
One step closer to getting Matteo on Hivemind

Why did I listen to this while working out!!? Why!!!??
"A lovely cheese pizza just for me."
Kevin gets it. That's all you need on that perfect pie.
6.20 You forgot Ringo!
gabi x matteo videos bring me such joy
I can't believe I've had a life wherein I've seen both these people live and interacted with them.
Let’s be honest though, the best pizza comes from the hands of all nonnas and mamas. *waves from 🇨🇦 *
New York pizza tour with Mateo?! Girl is living the dream 🥹
I can’t help with how giggle seeing gabi stand next to Matteo she so small😂😂…looks like my sister when she was 5 in a puffer jacket 🤣
You can hear how good it is.🤤 Only get that with a thin crust

This is not a combo that i expected (back when you first collabed) but has grown into a favorite of mine.
Straight guy here, love Matteo.
I like this crossover
Thank you both for this video I have been looking for really good pizza. 👍👏👏🥰
L'industrie is so fucking delicious 🤤
Now you’ll have to take Gabi to Chicago and she can try tavern style and the touristy “deep dish”.
Discovered Gabi through your collab on her channel and loving her 🙌 love this duo 💃🏻
I saw the Instagram collab pic of these two last week and was so confused. I’m glad they collabed.
Matteo your videos are so good! You and Gabi could probably make some angelic music lol
Bing bong, bing bong!!!
Love a Gabi Belle collaboration
Love your content Matteo. Why the head shave? Your hairline looks great.
Love the tour - should have added Grimaldi's
Shes giving Payton Preslee 😍
