Special Stage 7’s Trick Spots behind the bombs require that you dive into them with A in order to get them. Just be sure to keep your character in the middle of the screen as much as possible before doing so though.

The problem here is that you have to have prior knowledge of the level layout in order to find said Spring, especially since it can be well hidden.
I remember playing this all the time on Ngage... Fun times, when I still used to genuinely enjoy a game. It was such a unique feeling. I tried playing this again after a decade, but it doesn't feel the same anymore. I guess some days are special for a particular thing or timeline.

@@rollflasher89 In Sonic 2, you only have to worry about lining yourself up left and right. In these, you have to worry about 4 directions. Also, you have no reference frame to judge the position of the rings in this game. In Sonic 2 you can easily tell where they are because they’re on the ground.

It's somewhat of a continuity error for Tails to be flying the Tornado one and not the Tornado 2. Very odd.

Making a 3Desque depth is challenging but possible to do for a 2D game. It worked fine hete, but it might be difficult to beat at first.

The SP isn't a platform, just a hardware revision. Even late GBA games from 2007 work on an original GBA from 2001.
