Micheal did it everything points to him. EVERYTHING. NOTHING points to running away . NOTHING
    - he made her sign a sexual assault contract.
-he was treating her like a crazy boyfriend
-he picked her up from school and can't decide on the reason why so he can't decide because he's lying.
-he led police crazy directions that lead nowhere. ( blaming that guy ) so they were to busy to look at him
    - he wouldn't let her leave to go to her aunts because he wanted her there to torture he called her just to say nvm so she feels trapped .
-he cant give police the footage of that day but he can give them footage of her and her bf fighting.( another false lead he was trying to give them by making her bf suspicious)
Theres not one thing that says she ran away and everything that says he murdered her . Who runs away without
    - telling your bf
    - telling your friends
    -getting any money
    -taking your car
    -taking your phone
    -taking any possessions at all

This is so disturbingly weird and disgusting. My stepdad at the time would oddly act the same way. Sexually assaulted when I was younger which I believed turned into an obsession once I was older. He would act the same saying I was the “difficult” child. He would watch me through the camera on my laptop every night, follow me to work and even showed up there at random times. He would call me every shift to make sure I was there. He had cameras in the living room and all over outside the house. He would always try to be the one to pick me up from school & one day he had the nerve to ask “what would you do if I kidnapped you?” among other things as well. People like that deserve to rot. It really sucks to even be put in this type of situation & to say I’m glad it didn’t escalate to something like this where I could’ve disappeared or possibly even not alive. There is no doubt in my mind that her stepdad is responsible. Hopefully they get justice.

The very fact that he had her sign such a contract is stupidly suspicious and incredibly stupid. It doesn't take any suspicion off of him and in fact justd raises it. I believe without a doubt he did something. If there truly was a map with those coordinates then he would have made that before or perhaps even after to ensure that the site somehow didn't get disturbed, theory honestly, but still the coordinates and the body being found there if true are too coincidental. He also has an extremely perverted version of helicopter parenting that might just as well be obsession. Susan Cox Powell's Father in law did something very similar in that he recorded her without her knowing all the time and heavily romanticized her and obsessed over her. I think that's exactly what was happening here. I also theorize that maybe she wrote the note that was found under duress. Perhaps Michael forced her to write it to add credibility to a runaway story. It could be possible that he premeditated her murder. It's possible Sarah is right and that he took her out to the desert to sexually assault her. I think that he went out and did that and possibly planned to murder her. He took her out early so he would've had time to drive there and back. Maybe it wasn't premeditated and Sarah could be right, once he realized he lost control of her he murdered her. I believe he did it.

  • @jaysparks5754
    @jaysparks5754 4 года назад +7

I've been listening to Sarah's podcast for the past week or so and after taking in all the information, I believe that Michael knew Alissa's 18th birthday was coming up and she was going to move out with her boyfriend and Michael didn't like that because he was obsessed with Alissa. He had the mindset of if he can't have her, no one can. So when he took her to the desert, he had no problem killing her when she fought back, especially because that was a sign that she had the courage to do something about her situation. I urge everyone to listen to Sarah's podcast because there is SO much about this case, including how Michael basically overdosed her mother, how he secluded Alissa from her friends because she had "bisexual tendencies", and how he illegally adopted her and her biological father was allowed to contact her on her 18th birthday. Great video as always, Savannah, and thank you for bringing awareness to the case!

I watched Sarah’s tiktok home videos when she first posted them and I cried. Whenever the camera was on Alissa would tell her their dad was a perve. You can see how aggressive he was towards her. She even signed for help. The crazy thing is for her to be 17 she would try to get help calmly. I’m 17 and I promise u I wouldn’t have handle their situation as well as her. I pray that she’s okay but realistically Ik she was neglected and discarded. I pray god rests her soul🤍

Alyssa if you need help please reach out to someone you can trust. When you say a difficult relationship do you mean that he’s an ass hole and overly strict? Or do you mean there is physical or some other kind of abuse? I’m worried about you. You can respond privately to me. I was in law enforcement many years and sometimes abuse victims don’t come right out and say it. They are crying out for help without telling all of what is going on.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he held her captive for a while and raped her and in rage finally killing her. She was growing up and he didn’t want her to move out.

I’ve watched so many videos on this case but I always watch all your videos because I love your videos and how thorough you are in your research. Thanks for covering this case so well like you always do! I think most would agree her father did this and that makes it all the more sad than it already is. Like why? How could you hurt your child? Even though she wasn’t his biologically, he raised her pretty much all her life. It’s really weird and makes me wonder if he was sexually abusing her and was obsessed with her. So sad.

Michael definitely did something to her. Like someone said she could have been forced to write the note, she said in the note I'm going to California I've saved up enough money but dad I took $300 bucks from. So if she had money why need the 300 bucks? Having his daughter call her sister's cellphone was to give him a witness and with him having police experience its gonna go be hard to crack this case.Having that contract was just sick but like an insurance policy incase someone found out he was assaulting her. As always another great video and not sure if you have did this case already its the case of the 3 skelton case its still never been solved but definitely an interesting case.

  • @rebeccahorton2670

I think he forced her to write the runaway note. Why else would you have your adopted child sign a statement saying saying you've never molested them? As someone who has dealt with a "perverted dad" (ex step dad) I thought it was him from the start. Spying on her, controlling her, causing fights between her and her bf because he was either jealous or scared she would confide him, picking her up early from school.. rang SO MANY alarms. Even without his changing stories and trying to make alibis and lying he sounded guilty. He just made himself look even worse. And the original authorities who didnt ask for video or audio tapes ought to feel guilty about not trying harder. Some of the beat looking people on paper have closets FULL of skeletons.

Hey hun, this case has always bothered me,I wish her sister had the answers she’s deserves.alyssa s dad reminds me of Steven Powell and the way he was with his daughter in law Susan ,recording her and basically perving over everything she done.i really can’t believe he made her sign that contract,to me this makes him look guilty, that along with all the other evidence makes me pretty sure her dad harmed her.if Alyssa ran away I believe she would have contacted her sister.i also think that maybe her dad forced her to write that note, like he made her sign that contract.im sending 💖and🙏to her sister and family and I hope the truth comes out one day and Alyssa is found.💖🇬🇧

Well, it doesn’t get much more OBVIOUS than this folks! I mean.... there’s literally nothing else to say. The facts and the story speaks for itself LOUD and clear. Like in your face clear. He freaking killed the poor young girl. It’s just so obvious, anyone with a brain or common sense knows this. Sometimes the truth is so simple, that there’s no need to overthink or over complicate things.
Great job covering this case! I just found your channel through this video and I’m hooked! I’m definitely binge watching more videos and I look forward to future videos from you! Also you’re so gorg!!! 😍

I was thinking that Micheal MADE Alissa sign that contract and write that note. This story is heartbreaking and very disturbing. Without a doubt, I believe he picked her up from school to do what he normally did to her. He picked her up early so he could take her to the desert and sexually assault her, but this time Alissa stood her ground and told him that she’s going to tell everyone about what he was doing. This caused Micheal to panic and go into a blind rage and he ended up killing her. He’s sick, so he probably marked those coordinates so he can revisit the scene because that’s the type of thing some murders do. I hope he rots in jail. JUSTICE FOR ALISSA.

Concerning the note - another podcast I listened to said Sarah mentioned that Alissa made her capital A like a larger lowercase A. The note is signed with a normal A so maybe Michael signed this journal entry after Alissa had already written it? I think Crime Junkie mentioned this
