Getting an executive coach, therapy, and counterintuitively prioritizing a truly rewarding personal life as well has really helped. Still never feel like I’m doing enough which I think is normal - but the level of stress/brain fog has definitely improved. And working w an awesome team.
Your description of success matched my experience of wanting a tv for ten years and finally getting one. It’s cool but it wasn’t everything I was hoping it would be. That sustained excitement is what I’m missing.
Excellent conversation. The only drawback is having to constantly adjust the volume between you and the guest. If possible record audio on two different channels so you can match the audio volume and make it easier to listen to. Regardless, I will try to listen as your videos are always helpful.

( what if behemoth X copies me) 2. What are founder values and how should they be in sync amongst founding team? 3. If a founder can’t find replica competitor, how should they confirm they aren’t walking on a graveyard?
Appreciate the honesty. He is right, those who complain the most are usually not winning. Loved listening to the challenges and philosophy shared in this episode! Relatable in some ways. 👍

I am currently reading Alexis's book and it is such a motivation that I do not want to finish it. Whenever I need motivation I read more of it.
