Been reading The Laws of Human Nature by Robert Greene & really confirms what Keller is saying here. You can be the smartest person out there, but understanding people is just as important if not more.

Unbelievable people to hear from that I can't imagine I'd ever find out about otherwise

Understanding people is so damn important. THere are so many psychos in the corporate world with no moral compass that see others as stepping stones, it's not even fun....

You hear that everyone's different but as soon as you actually realise everyone's different and you keep to yourself more be nicer don't judge people and try to understand how they think you'll have a lot nicer simpler full life

I regret all my anger outbursts. If you don’t learn the hard way you don’t learn.

I think if he didn't take things personally and integrate his dark side (competitiveness and rage , anger ...) , probably he wouldn't reach his potential as an world class engineer.

Corporate politics is fucking stupid. There are not enough "Steve Jobs" in the world for it to be helpful to a business.
