Update from my previous lengthy comment. I decided I also needed to change the look of that faux leather. I still had the piece of carbon fiber left from my decommissioned Hyperion. There was more than enough carbon fiber to do both sides of this Ursa. Length wise, the carbon fiber is exactly the same as the faux leather pieces. Just had to split in two, and trim width wise. My original color was the black/purple faux leather. The carbon fiber goes better with the all black mod I have.
there is two problems the cable size and the screen the screen on the lost vape has a plastic dome over the top of it and its longer and thinnner than the dna
@@wingnut323 the dna 100c won’t fit the grus at all the usb on the dna is lower and the board is longer, by the looks of it the grus was always going to be based on a dna75c but with a c type usb connector
just a thought for you its now march 2022 the panels are still in very good shape the mod is used as my daily beater and its still working the leather has held up realy well to the point the mods base is wearing through to the plating underneath but the leather panels are still in very high condition
No but I know what the problem is it’s a connection issue either the tank or the 510 clean the 510 threads with a a tip or try another tank at worst it’s a dry solder joint on the 510 itself
@@TheBeefoxo thanks thats a relief I just bought this and read a comment on reddit about this guys ursa quest which kept throwing "new coil" prompt whenever it came back from sleep....and there were a lot of "me too" comments below that so I thought maybe all of these have the issue, was worried. Mines working fine so far.

Nice replacement... I was hoping for a conversion again. But changing cables would be a full on disassembly.

@@TheBeefoxo even more reason not to do it. . I womder if that holds true for the Grus as well or are we stuck with a DNA 75c for that?

hi ther just standard double sided tape after a month of use ive had no problems used every day

you cant but any thin leather will fit like in the video
