If the battery inside the solar light gets damaged or rust, the main cause is the battery pack was not made well, not because of IP65 or IP67.

I think that the solar panels on those lights are not powerful enough to keep the cells charged and they die after some time . I've got like 10 that need manual charging every 3 weeks

Hi Saiman, if you find the batteries over-discharge (you said they die), it is probably caused by the battery pack design or the controller. We have BMS built into the battery pack to avoid the battery over-discharge, then the problem you mentioned may not happen. For your reference.
